I was in desperate need for a haircut and colour as I am 53 and my long hair was very long and grey. My eyebrows were also out of control. I had a special event soon and as I was a new student at the Southwest Tafe, I was advised to seek out the services of the students in the Pure - Hair, Beauty & Wellness Academy.
I saw their price list and it was very affordable, if you are a student there is a further discount available. Their communication on the phone is very professional and the minute you walk in you feel incredibly welcome, everyone is polite and just lovely. My Haircut and colouring were supervised by a Teacher, the student was very careful and confident. When I was getting my hair washed, Caleb gave me a soothing head massage omg, it was so lovely. My eyebrow waxing and colouring was treated with gentle and delicate hands. It was also the most pain free I had ever experienced. I was recommended to also colour my eye lashes. While the colour was setting, I was given another head massage. I thought I had won a prize. I felt like I was in a luxury spa and beauty resort. There was calming music and the lotions and creams they used smell amazing. They use fantastic products. I booked in for an aroma therapy massage soon and next year they are doing full spa treatments. I’m in heaven.
For me it was the whole experience, I felt special and cared for. I do not hesitate in recommending their services and experiences that these professional students have to offer.
