One star rating is more than enough for this law firm! Their solicitors are so incompetent that they couldn't get all the loan settlement right in the first place. Because of this reason, the bank had to delay the settlement for a couple of months! Unbelievable! I'll send a complaint letter to my bank advising them to find a better law
firm to take care of their business!

Extremely worst people. Shame for the professional industry. Don’t even bother to reply emails and calls. How can these people are hired in the first place. If the higher management don’t start acting, they can bring down the company. If only we are unfortunate to deal with them, due to Latrobe finance. Why Latrobe finance has to appoint such a legal firm in the first place. Shame on the people and acting “professional” where there is NO professionalism at all in this firm.

If I could, I would leave 0 stars - everytime I call up about my matter, I am told that the staff member in charge of it has resigned or no longer works there. Clearly something is wrong with management if turnover is so high, I would not recommend going to this joke of a law firm unless you want disappointment, mistakes or huge delays.

Having dealt with this sad excuse of a law firm many times, it's clear that management rewards incompetence and mediocrity. Plus, everyone that has some semblance of knowledge has left.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this firm at all costs.

Every single time I call them for an update, they say that person no longer works there.

Serious issues if they have such high staff turnover.
