Due to game at MCG had to park 3 km away. Seating was not permitted except for wet ground. Food and drink poor.

I see the boys training sometimes when I pass, well watered grounds and close to the MCG & Sporting Districts, and the station. The most iconic view from the station is on platforms 9/10. View so good when coming home

The best place in the world the day after a Grand Final and a great venue to get close to action in VFL and AFLW games.

Went along to watch Richmond AFLW. Fun afternoon, tickets into the Ground were sold out, good sign for the game. Luckily, quick as a flash managed to find a descent spot, on the right angle by hanging off the fence line with a couple of others.

Watched a AFLW practice match here. Was nice and staff was helpful. If only they cared about their women’s team. Shame they canceled their vflw team when their women’s team could use the practice after last season.

Not adequate for matches. Evacuation from spectator areas could be a major problem if P&P aren't in place and rehearsed.

Classic Turkish restaurant. This place has been a classic for decades. Cheap, simple but great.

Got off at Richmond Station ready for my first experience at Australia's premier sporting venue. You could almost smell the history and great feats of yesteryear. Although there were lots of people all about the place outside heading somewhere or other, the queue to get inside the ground was non-existent and it was actually a bit disappointing there weren't many people in for such a big clash. Still it meant we had our choice of seats. It was a lot smaller than it looks like on TV as well.
