Got an upper helix piercing from Matt, did a fantastic job felt totally comfortable the whole time, everything explained clearly. I have a keloid and explained my concerns and they were reassuring and informative. Front desk was also great!

The staff are really friendly, and the piercers are super professional whilst still being chill. Got my ears pierced here and I recommend this place to all of my friends that want to get piercings done. Will definitely come back here for my next piercing.

Came in 1 week ago on a Sunday for a septum piercing. They don't take prior bookings which was fine as I only had to wait about 30mins and got to walk around the shops and come back for it. Excellent service and clean equipment (I know this as a nurse:) )
It's been a week and my piercing is healing really well. The person who did the piercing was really lovely too!

I went here to get my navel pierced. Piercer was very nice but didn’t pierce my navel straight and it was extremely shallow. I went and got a second opinion from my normal piercer who said it was shallow and not in the correct spot. I took the piercing out due to the placement being off centre and angled (not straight down) out of fear that my body will reject it. Definitely will be getting it redone with my normal piercer.

Great experience for my daughter and I who both needed Re piercing in one ear each. The needle option was great- I’d never i back to using the gun. Last time with the gun my daughters ear became infected and the earring needed to be removed surgically. This time was able to choose a long bar to allow for any swelling. Supportive staff who took the time to get everything right. Oh and they only charged us for one earring each-anywhere else would have charged us for a pair each, despite just needing the one. Price was very reasonable for the service.

I absolutely love everything about this place, i have 15 piercings myself and each time i go to them.staff is very friendly, asking after pronouns and preferred name.they always make sure you are comfortable and enjoy the piercing placement.i love everything about preston punktured

Lovely staff who are great at what they do. It’s frustrating that they will not allow bookings (walk ins only). Long waits in the seating area every time I’ve been.

Been here a few times, always been amazing! Couple months ago got two mid helix piercings, my ear bled for 30mins after the jewellery was in because of a medical condition that I was unaware of at the time - poor piercer Verity pushed through the whole time staying calm and keeping the mood light! Felt very well looked after, and am so sorry for putting you through that! Deserve a medal for that Verity ️

Got my helix done, the staff are lovely but did not tell me how the ring I got works, I was allergic to the metal and just spent about an hour trying to remove a ring with a tiny gap from the ball off my very swollen ears. I thought I was going to have to go to hospital to have it cut off

Got pierced with a friend there on 22/06 and whilst the piercer was amazing we felt played by the sales assistant who booked us in. She went to sell us new piercing spray (for $15) and when I declined saying I had some at home from previous piercings she informed me that if it was more then 3 months old it would be a risk on infection to my piercing. I bought the new bottle under their safety recommendation only to go home and see it had an expiry date of 3 years!

Totally felt scammed.

I had a piercing done today and it was such a pleasant experience. I am a huge baby when it comes to this stuff, and haven't had a piercing done as an adult, and my piercer was so friendly and warm and a very comforting presence. It was also over in about 2 minutes, which for a nervous soul like me was the best part. I'd definitely go back again.

I normally wouldn't dream of going to a shopping centre piercing studio but I was in a pickle with one of my piercings and I was really surprised with how good it was, really great advice and care here, would go back

Today I nervously went to the punctured store at northland to get my VCH done during one of the discounted training sessions. I had been talking to Brendon through Instagram to set the day and time and he made the whole process super easy! Through out the whole process he was really reassuring and helpful about any questions I had. Arriving at the store I was told Matt was going to be the one doing the actual piercing and he was super lovely professional and gentle! And Sarah was there just to observe and keep me entertained!

Everything was perfectly clean and felt just like a funky OBGYN appointment

Everyone was so lovely super positive and excited. Everyone made me feel incredibly comfortable especially with my body they talked me though everything that was going happen and what I should expect.

I would definitely recommend all of them to anyone
