Punjabi By Nature Indian Restaurant reviews
56 Food tastes really so awful.
We ordered manchuria and it was very salty.
The veg curry was made with extraordinary spice that we had to let go the whole curry
Rogan josh was not cooked well nor had any spices.
Not worth the money for this restaurant but ambience was good!
Absolutely loved the food. We had amristari kulcha and kadhi pakora. Kadhi pakora was in specials. Definitely check out the specials. My husband and I have very different tastes, but both of us enjoyed both the dishes. Service was good. I had a mango Lassi which was good too.
Ordered for delivery.
Biryani is very good. Spicy but not excessively so and with the nice blend of spices expected of this dish. Was expecting it to come with an egg, which it didn't, but the taste made up for it and the 2 pieces of chicken.
Chicken vindaloo was not spicy and thankfully so, the curry had the nice fruitiness of the chilli pepper without the heat. This could become a new craving for us.
We got chance to dine out at this restaurant last night
First of all they took 1.50 minutes to process our order
Example we reached around 7: 20 and our main order comes at 8: 30 and I think it dint took long for us to finish our meal. I’m
Not complaining about the quality I’m complaining about their service take so long and receptionist ignore your request even though you show patience and hve smile n your face
Poor service I hve given two stars cause food was not bad
Hope you guys improve your customer service and your service
Thanks
The best dining experience we have in a long period of time. The food was next level in comparison to any other Indian restaurant in Melbourne. The staff was very courteous and polite. We live in geelong 40 kilometres away but shall be going there time and again. It's fantastic
Food is consistently good and tasty. Friendly and attentive staff as well. Highly recommended!
The Dal was made with heavy salt and when I checked with them on same, the reponse I got is
'The salt is right, you guys might eat less salt'
Just to clarify it was too much. By the time they resolved this my food was cold.
Very poor experience. Had to wait for an hour for the orders to start coming in (even the drinks took half an hour). Once the service started we were drip feeded our overall order with only one plate severed at any given point in time which made 5 of us share every plate. FYI to all the people from Amritsar, the Amritsari kulcha is just an ordinary Aalloo naan.
Fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff is very courteous and the food is very tasty. I would recommend this restaurant to any one looking for authentic Indian food.
Got the Samosa Chaat, Karai Chicken and Palak Paneer, all three were very good, the PP was delicious, 10/10. Can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu.
What a disappointment. We came all the way from Epping. The dosa was nice so 5stars for that. But it took 30 mins to bring out non veg platter and one cheese naan. Cheese Nan was fine but the platter was not so nice. It didn't taste tandoori and all the pieces were smothered with something that made everything taste the same. The pav bhaji was horrible.
Please send your chef to Mumbai to taste how pav bhaji should taste like.
Overall lower than mediocre experience.
Ordered 3 biriyani for my family. Food was delicious. Best biriyani I ever had and my family did enjoy too. Highly recommended.
Saw some nice reviews about this Restaurant and thought of trying some north eastern food and I must say it has not disappointed. I ordered Masala Soya chap and Chicken Vindaloo and bread for sides. Overall food quality was good and serving portions was also generous. Would recommend this place.
Great service @PBN! Food was amazing and and definitely will recommend people who like Indian food to come here and taste the food made with love and tradition.
This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious and authentic dishes.
Honestly this is place is a joke.
Ordered 2 chicken 65 briyani and we literally got all rice….
Very minimal chicken and sauce….
$20 each container honestly the biggest rip off…
Love this place for their consistency in providing good food every time. God bless them for their amazing services and great food every time. I eat here atleast once a week and they never disappoint. I will recommend this place to everyone who enjoys a good Indian meal. Their hariyali chicken is out of this world.
Absolutely awesome food and service and the bonus is eating in a beautiful setting as well. Will defnitily be back.
The dosa is very good. The price is reasonable and the staffs are friendly. The butter chicken is very good.
I would give them a solid 4.8 rating out of 5 for food but a 0 for service time. We food took at least 1 hour to come.
