14As someone who commented before i also found owner to be rude. Price of things like tea and spices is cheaper at other places. Avoid.
Had the sweetest encounter at the store with the owner and staff. Service that puts a smile to you face never goes unappreciated. Impressed with the customer service would definitely recommend this grocery store
Owner is very Rude
When you want to buy something he gives you smile. But you give him feedback of the product then he shows his rudeness. He is phoney.
It is a shame that I am willing to drive further away to buy what I need than come to this shop. Poor service. High prices. Rude staff. Does not even deserve the one star.
Lousy customer service. Girls at counter are arrogant and rude. Not willing to answer customer enquiries. Price at this store are higher than other stores I shop at. Definately not going back. There are other better stores than this one.
The girls in the store are garbage. No greeting no smile on their face and very unhelpful. Prices are not that cheap if you compare it with the other indian stores.

I always go here, and the girls was very friendly and helpful. Today was a different girls was very rude and don't even greet the customers. Well I ask for a price which is different as lable, but she did not accept and try to correct me. It's the second time I encounter with that lady, and received worst customer service ever.
Never go back there again and hope she will learn some manners.
Wide variety of groceries, friendly staff and nice atmosphere, highly recommended for people looking for specific cooking items related to Indian cuisine, found a lot of items lacking in regular supermarkets.

Good place to go to get things you can't get at a normal supermarket. Would be an excellent place for vegans and vegetarians to go to try out some of the food products.
