I just want to share my experience with Punjab Airways. I booked my mom's ticket from them. This is my first time as I usually book from another agent. Mona helped me throughout the process. She is very patient and helpful, remains calm and very understanding lady. Pankaj is also very nice guy who goes out of the way to help and sort out the things. Overall experience is great. I will try to seek out only their services for future.
