I went to this store today (October 2023) to buy a pair of everyday shoes.

The first man to serve me was ok. He answered my questions reluctantly and then disappeared. I wasn't asking for anything hard, and I am always polite.

Waiting at the counter alone, thankfully, Reece stepped in to help me, and he was amazing!

My shoe size was not in their store, so Reece offered to call another DFO outlet store after explaining to me how things operate with each DFO store. That is, stock comes in unannounced each week.

On calling another store, Reece told me that there was a pair of shoes available in my size. He then confirmed with me that I was happy to go to another store, and I went and picked the shoes up.

Came in a couple weeks ago, and Reece was the most unhelpful person I've ever had the misfortune of having to interact with. I've worked in retail for years and never have I seen someone with so little regard for other staff and customers. He was very unhelpful and made my experience absolutely the worst, he was very short and rude with myself and other staff. I later found out that he was the MANAGER. Previously when I've been to the store my experience was so much better but now I would not recommend going whilst the store is managed by someone so incompetent.

Dropped by today and saw great deals for clothing, shoes are not very diversified, store is self-served, I got 1 pair for my husband and some gym clothing for me as well

When I compare the Puma outlet both in Melbourne with outlets in Singapore and India, this is the best.

Worth a visit. Came in on a day with 40% off lowest marked price - picked up t-shirts for $15-18. Remember to bring your own bags though, they charge 15c each

Not a good customer service. No security to already purchased items. Someone stole the shoes in store in a flash and staff did not even bother to lookup video footage

Puma. My brand of choice. Always worth while to visit the outlet store. Bargains galore and the staff are super friendly without being overbearing. I love to frequent the Puma store.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed in my experience here
I humbly walked into this shop to purchase some new shoes for my 4 year old son. My ex wife took him and was finally allowing me to see him this Christmas. When I was about to walk in and after I showed my vaccination certificate, I wasn’t allowed in due to me not wearing a mask. I have a real exemption and after explaining it to them I was shut down. The covid marshal at the door let me in but then after, this rather large employee of puma decided that today was the day she took her anger out. She came and said “YOU MUST WEAR A MASK OR YOU CANT BE IN MY STORE”. After kindly explaining my health condition to her which prevents me from being able to wear a mask she continued to degrade me in front of everyone in the store. I was publicly humiliated and for someone who sanitises and pushes people to get the vaccine and be covid safe this was hurtful. Every other store I went into accepted me for who I am with no judgment. This brings shame: (

Great staff, service and range. Consistently offers you the best retail experience. Hallelujah for finally having a retailer whi is customer centric.

Great cool clothing. I remember when it was only puma vs adidas. History shows they were brothers on both sides of the river and there was a healthy rivalry between them. Retro clothes that fit and are cool.

I bought a snicker was waiting to pay the cashier were busy with each other's finally I lift snickers with no purchasing

They have a very wide range. However staff are spending too much time putting stock on shelves rather than offering help to customers.

Great range at great outlet prices. My wife picked out a whole outfit for less than $120, tights, top, jacket, shoes and socks. Thank you for holding a pair of shoes for the day!

We visited today at south wharf and we were served by tas. She was very helpful and co-operative. She looked after us by giving a good deal. Very great service. Thanks

Costco has your $90 dollars shoes that l bought for just $49. Your not a factory outlet. You won’t be ripping me off again

I am allergic to hand sanitiser yet they refused entry for “health reasons” We won’t be visiting this store ever again

Always great prices. You obviously won't get the full range like a flagship store but items are always marked down and priced well.

Was great until the check out.the asian guy at the check out needs to improve his customer service.
