It was so refreshing to walk into a sports store and be acknowledeged and taken care of. Given good service and great suggestions on a combination of clothes. Full credit to Shabna and Geoff who were great at bouncing ideas off each other and offering some great stock at hand. 30 minutes prior, l had walked into Asics, New Balance, Fila Outlet and Adidas. No eye contact, let alone a greeting, if they only knew how much money l had to spend? We customers don't like being treated like 'ghosts'. Puma, in business, obviously chooses well to build a team and trains staff with product knowledge and Shabna and Geoff are testament to that. You'll always remember a friendly face.

Great service from Anna at the Uni Hill outlet store today. Very different from the service received at the Uni Hill stort Anna made us feel welcome and very Supportful to us, asked if we needed any assistance, looked for stock for us and explained the product Service. I was getting clothes for my family in Russia. I am very grateful for Anna her support.

Visited the Puma store yesterday right before the end of my trip to uni hill. Received exceptional service from the young girl with the headscarf, despite loosing her voice she had a bubbly and happy to help attitude. Much different to the previous stores I visited who just wanted to get me out the door. She went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and made sure I was satisfied and had found everything I was looking for before leaving to the register. The Boxing Day sale discounts were spectacular. Highly recommend.

Back in puma again in perfect time for 50% off, Needed runners for myself an for my daughter, son aswell. Had a very polite young man with tattoos forgot name, help me find all 3 pairs the shoes I needed for myself an family and also helping find some tees as well as adidas didn’t have mine ins stock, He was very patient an very helpful heading into the back finding every sizes I wanted. Girl at register were very friendly and I’m always a regular here thank u Christ mas gifts sorted.

You think 40% Off should be from marked price, but it is actually from RRP, which is not very cheap at all. What a rip off! And it is kind of cheating!

The display and all of the boxes were in a wrong section,
The display tag showed $30 but at the counter they said $45.
I told the girl that show me where in the store you have tagged it with right price? She couldn't find it and said that is it and nothing else I can do? !

I was very unhappy with the fact that they mislead customers when sales were on.stating that the shoes were a different price due to a mistake made.why should i pay for the mistake.

I own lots of Puma shoes and clothing. By far my favourite brand ever. Better than Nike and Adidas am I right?
