PTC Phone Repair Highpoint

Coming past this place and it made my day! My iPhone’s charging port had stopped working and I’ve been quoted $150 at another place to replace the port. I came across Manny at PTC and he said it probably needs a deep clean. He offered to clean it and if it doesn’t resolve the issue it’s free of charge, and if it’s resolved it’s only $35 dollars. A few minutes later and Manny did his magic! I’ve now found my guy for all my fixes!

Top bloke. I went through 5 repair shops just to get a specific issue fixed with my IPhone X. Including Apple itself. Non of them were able to fix my very intricate problem. This man is a master of fixing the most complicated issues of the highest most utmost complexities! I wanted to pay him more but he could not accept the tip which makes him a real passionate phone repairer. 100/10

offered a very quick, affordable screen repair. The man that did the screen repair for me was also very nice. Definitely recommended.

I gave them my phone to fix a broken screen. They ended up breaking my original speaker. The only way they could fix this meant that I could not have Face ID.

Their warranty is useless in this case. I’m out of pocket and my phone is now a pain to use. No Touch ID and no Face ID.

I wish they told me in the first place that they could not fix the phone, I would have been happy to keep my phone with a broken screen and keep my money.

I have been a loyal customers of PTC for years. Late 2021 I purchased a otter box phone case for my iPhone 13 pro. They come with 12 months warranty. Around mid 2022 my phone case started to fall apart and the plastics were stretching, causing my phone case to be unusable. When I took my phone case back to PTC, they told me I have to get my replacement case through otterbox’s official website. So I was sent away only to find out that otter box will only do replacements through them if they are purchased through them and not a third party.

As my phone case was unusable at the time and I didn’t want to not use a phone case, I made a cut in the rubber so that I could continue to use my phone case and charge it. Then when I took my case back to PTC and explained I can’t get my refunds through otterbox and it has to be through them (which she didn’t seem surprised so I believe they sent me away the first time knowing this), I was refused my warranty as I had made a cut in the phone case.

All I wanted was a replacement case of which I was entitled to with my warranty.

Never again will I purchase or repair my phone through PTC. You’ve lost a few customers from this as I always recommend you.

I had a smashed screen and popped by at 7.30 tonight. My phone was fixed in 30 minutes for a good price. Care and presition was taken and the staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend this store for phone repairs won't go anywhere else after tonights experience. 10/10

Would NOT recommend. Took my phone screen to get fixed and the result was - My Face ID no longer works, the keyboard is buggy, my battery that was great all of a sudden is terrible and below 50% in about an hours time and the phone randomly restarts by itself. 1 star for kind service but the rest didn’t follow.

Came to get a screen replaced and some other parts swapped. The service was quick, well priced, professionally done and very friendly. Arien went out of her way to really make sure I was happy and when I had another issue a few weeks later, she helped me again - for free! Thank you Arien!

Really horrible experience. Went in to get a crack fixed literally everything worked fine on the phone prior and the technician basically laughed in my face when I said it wasn’t working properly after they put the fix through. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Arien service is amazing, patient and smart, and she can do fix my phone that other store can't! Being too kind to other guests whether that person is rude or not. I'll be a regular customer anyway.

Another store quoted $150 for my charging port and battery replacement. Arien made it possible to restore the old port with a cheaper way of $35, and Arien done within half hour which is really quick. Arien is very patient and the service is great.
