PSA Products

Recently I contacted PSA Products as one or more of the 10 smoke alarms installed in our home in 2019 appeared to have an intermittent fault, as all smoke alarms would go off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. The company responded to my email immediately and without hesitation offered to replace all 10 smoke alarms free of charge. Within four working days of making contact with PSA we now 10 of the very latest smoke alarms, including a remote control unit.
This family owned Australian company deserves our ongoing support as it is certainly living up to its stated mission of “delivering exceptional customer service and support. ”

I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service I received and wish PSA Products a long and successful future. They deserve it.

Constant false alarms at all hours of the day and night, hush buttons don’t work, sent them all back to PSA and they tried to blame me, said they found no problems, and sent them back. Impossible. Avoid this company.

I saw the 1 star poor service review and couldn't believe it. I have just dealt with this company and I reside in WA. The after sales service was nothing short of exceptional & and when I was dealing with Peter the tech over the phone I couldn't have asked for more assistance or better service if I had tried. He had endless patience and sorted all my issues out. I needed a cctv camera replaced and it was shipped immediately and installed by their rep in Perth the very same day. Thanks, PSA for the top product and incredible customer service. Also a big shout out to Rob too for his patience, time and tech support on the day also. It was more than greatly appreciated. His Knowledge and advise was incredible. Just an all round bloody great bloke. Many thanks Rob.

I was pleasantly surprised and delighted by the outstanding customer service provided by Jeanette from PSA Products. As a retail customer, Jeanette went out of her way to personally deliver to me some products that needed to be replaced. In this day and age where exceptional customer service seems to be rare, it was a welcome gesture, and greatly appreciated.

After buying a PSA Intercom from my local wholesaler for my client, It had later become faulty and the client said "it was always extremely laggy and never loaded to my mobile when i was out". Unfortunately the receipt had been lost although my wholesaler said its still under warranty and PSA should be able to offer a refund as i have a proof of purchase.
PSA tried to blame the clients internet as to why its so laggy and doesn't load to the moblie. This is incorrect as my client had bought a 'RING' doorbell from bunnings and installed themselves. The new doorbell works perfectly without lag. After informing this to PSA they continued to deny the ability to offer any refund. I will no longer stock or use any PSA products from Smoke alarms to CCTV as i know they have a terrible service once items have been paid for.

Good product to use when no one is home.

Wish the indoor unit was touch screen like their other products.
The camera does not seem to be full HD. I have installed other intercoms from PSA and they have been crystal clear image.
