A really supportive customer service team at Essendon! I would highly recommend working with them when dealing with big purchases like furniture. They will make sure you are helped.

Very unpleasant frosty experience, Manager Dean was quite rude and very unprofessional towards a complaint.
As a loyal customer of Provincial Home this has given me a sour taste and Dean has tainted the brand with his unpleasant attitude.
A wrongly priced item which he admitted they were aware about that was priced incorrectly the other day and still left on the shop floor! Picking up another of the item which also was marked incorrectly and bringing this to his attention, sparked the unpleasant confrontational approach to customer service admittance of guilt with the wrongly priced items and breaching consumer guidelines! The other ladies were pleasant though. The lady Ellen at head office was pleasant however! Maybe choose an alternative store for a better customer experience and check their price labels!

Chloe and the team are AMAZING! Extremely helpful, accommodating, genuine and very honest customer service. From the moment we walked in they treated us like we were part of the family. Chloe was very patient and took her time to explain all we should consider when choosing the right rug for our home. They stayed back after the store was closed just so we could make our decision and finalise our sale. Very grateful! Great experience on our part, we left knowing we had made the right choice. Would highly recommend!

Love this place. Staff are always lovely, soap and diffusers are awesome. My last diffuser lasted for 6 months so money well spent.

Beautifully presented store and friendly welcoming staff. Have never had an issue getting an item and the staff do go out of their way to assist if needed. I love their decor and furniture and everything it sells.simply beautiful. I have purchased many items from this store and always happy. A tad on the pricey side.and rarely have sales, but I guess if you love the item.you do end up paying the $$$. My fav homeweares store by far.

You always get that call back/ follow up no matter what - ownership and follow through during and AFTER sales everytime.
Yes, they have store policies, but will always work around them for a postive customer outcome, rather than flat out tell you 'that's our policy'. Impress everytime.
