Provincial Home Living reviews
25Love this shop. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The products are lovely. Really enjoyed the experience. I hate shopping. I'm usually in and out of a shop very quickly. But I was in this store for a long time. Fabulous place. Well done. Really helpful friendly staff. Thank you for all of your help. I love my blanket. Sorry about the display.
Great store all the employees now their products and are so happy to help you choice items to suit YOUR needs and the staff are so friendly and the cafe up stairs awesome value for money and great food.
I cannot speak too highly of the service that I received from Shannon @ Provincial Home Living. She provided advice that you would normally pay a professional for. The cushions and rug I purchased from the store have transformed my house. The cafe is well worth a visit: spacious, good service, great coffees in a relaxed and classy environment.
A friend and I went to the Provincial cafe and I have to say the food was fantastic. The chef must be a good one. Would def go there again. I had the Croque Monsieur, delicious
Highly recommend - an enticing giftware selection. I found a perfect gift here for a friend and had to restrain myself on gifts to self! Lovely place
Don't like how everything is for sale up stairs trying to have a birthday dinner and all we saw was price tags
Lovely helpful staff.
Cafe has a great range of food options. Very good coffee too.
You can also pickup a takeaway coffee for $2.50, unheard of these days from a cafe
It's a lovely setting comfortable seating & amazing food but dont be in a hurry we waited over an hour before our food was served. Must say it was worth waiting for.
The staff were helpful and lovely but expect to break the bank a little on some peices but worth it, nice quality beautiful furniture and decor.
Speaking of the cafe where we went for brunch, it was good. The homewares side of things looked pretty good to me but I was after coffee and brunch so I only had a pretty basic "glance" around.
Customer service leaves very little to be desired. No greeting, no follow up to see if we need assistance. Many staff on the floor, but the staff avoid serving customers. A shame really, because I feel the store is not reaching its full potential with current management.
Some Staff on the ground are beyond rude with no manors. The young ladie in the cafe was very polite though
Horrible customer service. The rude and abrupt lady who appears to the manager needs to remember it is the customer who is paying the bills. I will simply not shop there again on account of the arrogance of the staff.
Beautiful things, smells great all the time. Gorgeous shop.but I find the staff a little arrogant. Every time I ask for help with something, I am directed to a junior sales person, as if fiddling with the displays is more important than anything I might ask about. I dont mind, I go in here a lot. But its happened at least six times. The net effect is a general feeling theyd rather not be there, or theyd rather I not be there haha. Its a shame. Beautiful shop.
Huge two storey store. Somewhat overpriced products, but the store is beautifully merchandised and you’ll find lots of inspiration.
Nice and open layout. Hand sanitiser station and check in for cafe in prominent position on entering, also available at tables.
Lovely staff, good selection of specials and on regular menu. Coffee nice, caramelised onion tart was delicious. Thank you.
1st time to Provincial Home Living Cafe. Cake selection was difficult as I wanted one of each. Settled for Lemon Meringue Tart which was a brilliant choice. Chai Latte was lovely.
The staff are lovely, and the cleaning was thorough.
I absolutely love this shop. The items are beautiful and reasonably priced. If I want something special or unusual I go to Provincial Home Living. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the layout of the store is uncluttered and inspirational.
Cafe has excellent coffee and a wide variety of homemade cakes, muffins, scones etc.
Delicious!
Seating good, chairs a little hard! But not too bad. Quality crockery and cutlery. You can purchase it downstairs if you like!
Well worth a visit.
