Had the pleasure of shopping with Libby last week. Libby is helpful and generous with her time and an asset to the business. Thankyou Libby for such good service.

Love the products at Provincial and most of their stores, but for some reason, I always feel uncomfortable in this particular store. The staff, some not all, whilst helpful seem to possess a certain attitude. This was very evident when I dropped by for a quick look during the week. I felt very uncomfortable listening to an older lady, grey hair, glasses, constantly correct, berate and just generally act in a hostile way towards the younger staff there. She would probably say she was being efficient, but every comment was arrogant, bordering on bullying. As a parent. I would hate to think that a child of mine was being treated in this way. She was fine toward me, which made it worse, as she is clearly capable of being pleasant. Won't ever be returning there
