Provenance was better than we could have imagined! We got married 18.11.23 and our whole day was absolutely perfect. Sarah was incredible and helped to make sure our day ran smoothly, I don’t know how we would have done it without her. All the staff were super accomodating for my sister with special needs too, everything was made wheelchair accessible for her from the bathroom to the dining, she had the best day because of this! Not only were the staff amazing but the food was something else! All our guests were telling us how much they loved the share style food and they were so happy they got to try everything as it was all sensational! We couldn’t recommend provenance more and wish we could do it all again just so we can work with the team! If you’re thinking about getting married here hurry up and book it asap!

We had never pictured our wedding day to turn out so perfectly, and that is really a testament to the team at Provenance Wines. Our cheeks are sore from smiling - genuinely one of the happiest days of our lives!

The whole team was fantastic and Candice, your coordination was absolutely spot on and you managed to keep everything running so smoothly throughout the night, that we both agreed that we couldn’t think of one hiccup at all!

The bar staff were absolutely incredible and we got a huge number of compliments on the night and afterwards about the food (someone actually said “I thought I didn’t like pork but I didn’t know pork could taste like this”). Heaps of people were saying it’s the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. We’ll definitely be coming back for long lunches in the future!

So thank you all for putting on such a fantastic day. So many people said that it was the best wedding they’d ever been to, which is a huge testament to the team at Provenance!

We recently had our wedding at Provenance Wines and we had the most incredible day! It was our dream wedding! From the beginning when we first booked in back in May 2022, we couldn’t fault any of the wedding process. We initially had a meeting with Sarah who ran us through the process, from there all communication was done through email. In our last meeting we had a selection of food and wine from Provenance and went over details thoroughly. We couldn’t recommend the entire team more, in particular Sarah. Who not only replied to my one million messages but who was there all the way through ensuring it ran smoothly. The team also placed all my candles, table runners, name place cards, menus and decor out perfectly. Our wedding guests loved the entire night, including the Grand Hall, the food, the wine and the stunning Provenance. It was honestly the perfect day! Thanks so much. Where do we begin…
Our special day was on the 01.09.2023 however we’ve been in love with the team at Provenance since we first set foot inside back in May of 2022.
We cannot begin to describe how incredible Sarah, Candice, Liam and the team are.
Sarah and Candice are the greatest event co-ordinators. From day one they have been so helpful and attentive. They were so prompt in their replies, gave their ideas & input when we were unsure about some things and when the day finally came, Sarah was there to keep me calm (and that’s no easy task).
After our planning meeting we were treated to a lovely 3 course meal with accompanying wines to which Liam told us all about. The man knows his food and his wine. What a pro!
What stood out most to us about Liam was his eagerness to help my husband’s elderly grandfather when he wasn’t able to eat solids so he asked the chef to whip up some delicious alternatives. We are beyond grateful for his care.
Our guests absolutely loved the food, the barrel hall, the staff, everything!
We are so happy with our choice in Provenance Wines, we wish we could get married there all over again. Can’t wait to pop in for lunch and see the team again soon.

They didnt bring platter for us while we had our wine there, we waited too long. And they charge 37 $ of bottle 65 $

Because of the reasonable distance to our place, we considered booking this venue for our wedding anniversary. Guess what? The staff were rude. The service was awful. I do not recommend it at all.

Be very careful!
They might rip you off! They didn’t serve the cheese plater after over half an hour. Over priced. Rude and impolite staff!

If you're looking for the perfect wedding venue then you can stop searching because Provenance is honestly it!

There are so many amazing things to rave about that I don't know where to start but how about we talk about the team. The absolute dream team! Sarah was an exceptional coordinator to work with. It felt like we had a wedding planner because there was hardly anything we had to think about that she hadn't already flagged or helped us organise. We were sad after the wedding that we wouldn't be chatting all the time but we know we'll be back to visit! Liam and the front of house team also went above and beyond to make everything run so smoothly on the night while also having a laugh and some fun with our guests.

The food was exceptional! If you asked everyone at the wedding what they thought of the day, the first thing they'll probably comment on is how great the food was. It was raved about and there was no way anyone went home hungry.

We were lucky enough to get married in the absolutely stunning grand hall ceremony space which is truly one of a kind and makes our day feel so special. Provenance is the perfect venue for all weddings but a highlight for us was that it had the best indoor ceremony spaces making it perfect for a winter wedding.

Provenance is also really reasonably priced given how expensive weddings have become. The best thing is that the price they give is all inclusive there were absolutely no hidden costs anywhere like you often see elsewhere (cough $3 per person to cut the cake).

Everything about Provenance and our wedding experience was perfect and we couldn't ask for a more amazing venue for our special day.

As a part of my Sperm Donation Australia tour of Victoria, I ventured out to see some wineries in this region. The 3rd stop of the afternoon had the pleasure of coming here. The crew was getting ready for a wedding but took the time to run me through a wine tasting. Liam was a knowledgeable host and passionate in the great range of wines they had, I could have easily walked away with a haul of bottles but walked away with a Shiraz. Loved the venue and the old village type feel to it.

Gorgeous place, divine food, beautiful wines. Does not get any better. Cannot wait until I return! Thank you!

We recently had our wedding with Provenance, it was the most incredible experience we could have had. We have had multiple good reviews from guests. Candice was such a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make our experience as easy as possible.

Candice and the team at Provenance made everything a breeze in the lead-up and on the wedding day. Our guests have not stopped raving about the food, atmosphere and service they experienced, and we feel the same. Provenance were accommodating and flexible with the requests and inclusions we wanted for the day, which made everything feel personalised to us. My husband and I cannot recommend this venue enough!

Such an amazing place and experience. Great service and yummy vegetarian menu. Would love to visit again.

We took our 2 children (4&5yo), they had their own special lunch and drinks and were well catered for, after they received their pasta the waiter came around just in time with dessert!
The 6 course menu with full glass paired wines does not disappoint.
This place really does pull out all the stops, your very own wait staff (not tossed around between people). They truly know their wines and their wines are truly to die for.
Fresh produce from their own garden is a bonus.

Acoustics are loud, would be a good venue for musical events/weddings.

The staff are outstanding! With attention to detail they prepare and serve amazing food and perfectly paired wines.

We had an exceptional Father's Day meal from here. We had it at home due to lockdown and throughout the entire process, changed conditions the communication was excellent. The meal was really tasty and of a high quality. I can't wait to visit and eat at the restaurant when it is back and open. Thanks so much Sam and team

Had the 8-wine tasting and the 6-course chef’s selection for lunch yesterday and it was incredible. Every course was impressive with the slow-cooked lamb neck and pressed beef short ribs being the highlights. Service was impeccable and we will be back!

We attended the Mother’s Day lunch. For such a large scale function it ran seamlessly. Set menu was nice but was heavy in seafood which didn’t suit all of our party. There were lovely vegetarian options offered up nonetheless. The dessert was so delicious as was the cheeseboard served at the end. Service was also good considering the scale of the day.

Amazing service. Went for the 8 wine tasting - the server was so polite and provided us with a detailed background on every wine we tasted. He seemed very knowledgeable and was keen to answer any questions. Would visit again.

What a stunning hideaway. Beautiful art and architecture. Great wine. Good food. Poor attitude of staff and poor service flow, except for Liam, a true professional and knowledgeable wine man.
Staff who walk without seeing, caring or listening… sadly they let the world of Hospitality down.
