Provans Home Timber & Hardware

First time shopping here and it will be the last. Ordered product via click and collect, go down to pickup and they have substituted a replacement. I queried in store and was advised it was the only one available, and apparently a better option however NOT the one I ordered originally.

So I am forced to accept this, I get home and check stock levels, lo and behold the item I originally ordered is showing in stock.
Disgraceful customer service experience and recommend you avoid these guys.

What a ripoff bought architraves for 2422 and got refund 484 dollars less than purchase price. Thanks for ripping me off

I needed some mouldings for a small reno project. I initially went back to the supplier that I used for a previous reno and was not happy about having to pay an additional priming cost. I then found Provans online and could not be happier with the friendly service I received from all staff that I spoke to. I ended up finding an in-stock primed moulding that was less than 1/2 the price of the design I was initially looking for. If you need mouldings, try Provans first and ask about the cheaper mouldings. Special thanks to Kat who was extremely helpful.

Fantastic customer service, my wife and i are currently selecting timber flooring and panelling and popped ib to have a look. Kat was very helpful with answering all our questions and getting us a quote.

Helpful staff, great place to get skirting board samples, and the Lumber Shack Cafe served us a toastie and bacon egg roll the likes of which we haven't had in yonks! Good coffee too.

Truck driver wouldn't reverse the truck to let me out of timber yard which would take 2 seconds. Forced to wait cause of bald fat guy. Won't come back

Very poor service when i've been trying to order custom skirting boards. Rosie would never return my phone calls and after 2 weeks there has still been no response as to whether or not they can manufacture the skirting board. I highly recommend AMC in Bayswater who were able to manufacture the skirting board in 1 day.

Had to use proband for silicon I pay $5'00 for roof and gutter would have purchased a box

My wife came into your store before xmas to buy a Makita power tool, as she got out of her car a short older man in the timber yard waddled over and tried to touch her inappropriately more than once, in this day an age this behaviour is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.if you are a female do not shop at provans
