Bad experience never go back staff not friendly no wonder store is empty will shop at South land where staff are more customer service trained

It should not be this hard to get an eternity ring to match my existing wedding &engagement rings.
But the cost starts off reasonably priced, then there's a cost for re size, then there's another cost to have existing rings cleaned and polished.
Time frame for them to come in 2-3 weeks, so we went elsewhere and got a perfect match.
Which is a week to get it in as it's White Gold.
Shop around.

Took a secondhand ring to get cleaned thinking to get it resized later on but the lady I enquired with said the jeweller resizing will clean it anyway after resizing although they can do it there but “the jeweller does a much better job! ” I said ok, very happy with that, sent it off to get resized. Came to pick it up today and it was resized but not cleaned at all and as gunky as ever. I told the lady that I had been informed otherwise (not same lady as the one that promised me all the good things last time) and she said there is nothing on the paperwork that requests cleaning too. Another lady Marina cleaned it there for me but if “the jeweller does a much better job” as what I was informed then this entire job is subpar. It had to do because I had to pick up my daughter from school. Whole interaction very strange and not ideal. I didn’t even get any apologies though. Don’t promise customers something that doesn’t actually happen.

Not the best service. Jewellery is a bit outdated- styles never seem to change whenever I come in.

I purchased bracelet here recently for my wife's birthday. It was made an easy and pleasant experience by the very helpful staff. I would recommend this store highly.

Yesterday I bought a watch at this store and was very impressed by the customer service provided by Sales Consultant Marina. She is helpful, patient, listens and responds to any concerns raised, has amazing product knowledge yet isn't pushy. She is the embodiment of all the qualities you wish all people in her profession would have, yet is very unassuming letting you decide what product is right for you in your own time. COVID-19 has had a disruptive effect on how we do things and lower staffing levels have had a detrimental effect on customer service in some stores. I am a regular customer at this store and the staff have always been exceptional. I am pleased that nothing has changed. Keep up the good work ladies, it is appreciated. Cheers, Nancy

I bought an engagement ring for my partner and had to have it replaced twice in the year due to the same diamond falling out. After the second time it was returned Prouds stated they could not have it fixed again but offered to replace or give store credit. When I argued the ring had a major fault and replaced twice for the same fix in under 12 months, that I did not trust the quality of receiving the same ring again or having to choose another ring that I wouldn't have in the first place I was simply told that wearing a ring daily is considered wear and tear (despite that not being the case due to the same diamond falling out) and I was not deserving of a refund. I am at a loss as to how this can be possible given the ACCC guide.

Shocking service, went in to buy a watch for my partner, (desperate last min Christmas present at about 4.30 pm Christmas Eve.) Spent 10 to 15 min looking through displays and saw a couple I was interested in. Unfortunately I couldn't seem to get the attention of any of the staff although they didn't appear to be doing much else. As I'd come straight from a long day at work, perhaps they didn't consider me a legitimate or worthy customer. In true "pretty women" style I left and went to JK collections Jewelers, where the service was outstanding. Multiple watchers were retrieved from the display and I was offered professional advice to guide my choice. The Pierre Cardin watch I eventually chose was much nicer then anything Prouds had to offer.
