My partner brought a piece of jewelry for me. Which was not my style. When she took it back was told that they dont do refunds and gave her a voucher for there store instead. Was not happy.she paid for it with her own money.will never shop there again but apparently i have too until the voucher is used. Oh and gave us 3 years to use it or it would expire. Not happy Jan.

What an absolute pleasure it is to deal with these ladies, going above and beyond to help in any way they can, assisting me with finding a lost receipt in order to replace a set of earrings I had purchased a couple of months earlier. Good old fashioned service, with a smile, that is rarely seen these days.thank you!
