BEST jewellery shop at sunshine marketplace, very very nice and good jewellery, sell useful items, can also clean jewellery, kind staff and jewellery good price. I mean it’s jewellery it’s gonna be a bit expensive.

Simone from this store is attentive, and responds promptly. Nothing is too much trouble. All the staff at this store are outstanding.

I've been trying for 3 days to call this store, to see if my rings are back & ready to be picked up? But after 6 calls, not once have they picked up the phone. VERY BAD SERVICE!

Tonight had to dash in to make some last minute late night purchase before lockdown again! Carol was so lovely, welcoming & had a lot patience. Thank you Carol for the wonderful customer service.

In this site they supposed to be close at 9 i was here at 8: 50 still they didn’t let me in that lady who were inside she was talking to me behind the mirror inside the shop she knew I can’t hear her still she was moving her mouth she didn’t even come out to talk bunch of bludgers thts all want to get paid full but just don’t want to work lame A

Anita was vrry helpgul, polite and experoenced im her work. She respected my daughters taste amd choice.

Very disappointed when about to pay the earings I chose that was on sale yellow tag and turned out to be wrongly tag which clearly price been there for a while.

If there was such a thing as 0 or even negative I'd give that. I had layby a nice guess watch weeks before lockdown and it was all good. Needed links for watch so thats fine and advised they'll be ordered and I should get call to confirm its done. Week later no contact so I go in to pay next instalment and advise no call done and lady apologised and said she forgot. All good so same thing happens she promises to order links and to call to confirm its done. Following no follow up call, I go in to talk to someone and make next payment - theyr'e closed from lockdown. No worries. I waited till they open again and call (sat 02/05/2020) and told had to pay full remainder of watch before an order could be placed. I went to speak to a manager and got a kylie who is a shift (not the manager I was after). Explained the situation and was interrupted mid way- in no way was there a sympathetic, empathetic tone or even a *oh sorry we screwed up* tone she immediately went into a conversation that basically said oh well we went in to lock down and basically because your watch is a special clearance there may be a chance these links no longer exist. It was basically I dont really care if we get it we get it if not oh well. I was made to feel somehow at fault even though I explained numerous times twice I was told Id get a confirmation call for links ordered, it never happened and even went into store. I wanted the watch but was so put off by the rude service and condescending tone that supposed manager had I cancelled the watch and waiting for refund to come thru and also monday im speaking to an actual manager. Even another staff member who was cleaning display units even jumped in and was quickly told by myself to basically pipe down. The manager tried even in a way say she has staff as witness she wasnt rude or raising her voice or speaking in a manner and tone that you use when you think someone is stupid or doesnt know anything or just take your word for it - nah not today satan!

I hopefully can get this resolved when I speak to the right person on monday. After today I would not recommend this store for if your looking for professional and efficient service. * IM still stuck with a order ring to pay and get - and its not even in the store! OML people

Was deeply disappointed when I arrived at 8: 15pm to pick up an order when I had previously checked 9pm was closing time, to find the shutters closed to the store. Two employees still inside, I called only to be told by one that their registers have to be closed by 8pm and that they were just walking out the door. She seemed quite surprised I told her I was standing right outside their store while I spoke to her. Every other store I’ve been to, such as highpoint, has ever informed me of this “policy” or had their shutters closed before the standard 9PM closing time stated on their opening hours.

Bad customer service experience recently. Lady told my grandma to go back to highpoint after wanting to exchange a bracelet. She turned her back and completely ignored her customer. If I could give a 0 out of 5, I would happily do so. She shouldn’t have this job.

Outstanding service.

Very experienced staff who know and understand the customer needs. Super friendly and always willing to help, but most of all, the service was first class and served with a smile on there face.

I highly recommend this place if you want to purchase a beautiful gift for that special someone in your life. My helpful shop assistant today was Amanda, and she deserves a very long holiday with pay:)

Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Always a nice experience to talk to them. Sometimes I find an item isn't in stock that is on the website, but it's understandable as it is a smaller store. I always like to call in advance to see if an item on the website is there and the ladies there are always happy to leave it for you to pick up.

Nice shop. Shame website trading hours havnt been updated. Wasted my time traveling there on a sunday, "open at 10am sunday", 45mins later still not open lol nice one guys.
