Lauren was also so friendly and insightful on the phone with another enquiry. Customer service is at 110% for me.

Prouds are great all round with their customer service, pricing and range. I come here to pick all the Xmas gifts for family and I'd much rather buy jewellery then junk as a gift and it can be kept for ever. Got my mum earrings, a watch for my sister a jewel box for my nanna and a pendant for my hubby all under $200 which is a bargain. And my mums earrings were gold and under $50.
