Ordered 2 rings in October, first one order got cancelled as they couldn't get the size, chased other ring at the time of the cancellation refund and then again on a second visit to shop.only in third visit to shop which is 3 months later they say that the second ring was never ordered, awful service.

Terrible customer service, not interested on selling they just show you the bear minimum and no alternative if the product isnt there. Completely different to the store at the store at Pacific Werribee.

This shop went above and beyond, the manager helped me find the best gold necklace for my wife to give to her for our anniversary. If I could give the store more then 5 stars I would. The manager seriously deserves a raise if she hasn’t had one already.

Staff were not very helpful, very unfriendly. Very disappointed in this prouds branch.

Got my mum 2 rings for Christmas and had to get them resized (December 26). Was told gonna take about 2 weeks as the place they send it had taken leave. Perfectly fine. But went back 2 weeks later. Still rings hadn't been sent in, was then told by the SAME staff member that wouldn't be sent in until end of January. Went back in this week, 2nd week of February, And still nothing being told, all I was told was maybe this week maybe next week. Just wait for a phone call.

Bought a silver green tear drop earrings 18 months back, only wore it few times due to pandemic and I dont wear earrings when I go to bed and always place them safely in a box. Last week one of them broke and fell just like that when I was wearing. I took it to the store to provide feedback. There was no apology or empathy but in turn I was asked to pay for fixing the earrings. I am not sure whether I will ever buy anything again from Prouds or atleast spend $35 for something so fragile which i have to throw after few uses.

My husband bought a Christmas gift for me with Proud online. I unfortunately, didn't really like it and we decided to walk into this branch and ask about exchanging it. We spoke to Sarah and she was so polite and helpful and made it clear that we could exchange with no issues whatsoever. We were then served by Lauren who was also very helpful to show us their range. We ended up not only exchanging but also buying more! Typical wife behaviour! Thanks again Sarah and Lauren!

I was served by Sarah today, she went above and beyond to help me find what I needed, and never made me feel rushed to make a decision (Christmas shopping is important!). She was extremely helpful and I went home a very happy customer.

Terrible service by Tamika, i had wait 1 hr to exchange a gift because she didnt know how so i had to wait till she served 3 customers that came after me before she would do anything. Missed my dinner reservations because of it and decided to not purchase the 2 extra items i was going to. Sarah was very nice but was being stood over by Tamika, i guess lockdown has made Tamika alittle crazy, she tried to kick me out of store because i asked Sarah a question, i asked what did i do wrong and Tamika said ur trying to undermine me GET OUT NOW, i said thats not a valid reason i was only polietly asking Sarah a question since u told me she started serving me 1st so now i have to wait for her. With poor customer service like that she shouldnt be working in a jewlery store. If it wasnt for the nice stay EARLY in the day and on other previous days i would never be coming back. She gives Rangers a bad name.

Obviously the good reviews are fake
I am very disappointed point cook store Christmas Eve I bought a watch on afterpay and got told as it was the only reason I bought that I would get a full refund onto afterpay as the person might have already got one not to my knowledge have tried to refund it and they have said exchange only sorry but I would not have bought this item if I was told otherwise as I wasn’t told any of this information I would have gone somewhere else as it was quite abit of money if there was and the rudeness of your staff at that store is a absolute no no in the retail industry

Extremely poor customer service.
I purchased 2 pair of earings and a necklace yesterday from Proud point cook store and wanted to exchange one pair of earings today (earings were unworn) within 24 hours but the staff mentioned that there is no exchange on earings. I specifically asked the same person who assisted me yesterday what is the exchange or return policy she never mentioned
even once that there is no exchange on earings and only mentioned that proud has 30 day exhange policy as long as i hold on to the bill. I tried to mention the same but she said she might have forgot to mention but earings are not exchanged and did not bother to consider though i tried to explain multiple times and was passively rude.
How can the staff give an excuse of forgot to mention when the customer voluntarily asks for the exchange policy and when the customer has purchased 2 pair of earings?
I had a look at the return and exchange policy on website aswell and was unable to find any clause stating the same

Had sign buy one get one free on chisel watches. The sign was in display case directly above chisel watches. So I went to buy and they said no. You can not buy have that deal with blue tag price tags on it. Although they were the only watches in that case. I believe it was false advertising

Staff didn't care
After spending 5 mins in store and actually asking for help (he just pointed me to a section opposite to his location) and despite of there being no other customers the 2 staff were more interested in talking to themselves rather than serving us. Happy to take my business elsewhere.
