I ask for help but The lady working on Monday she is so rude with 0 customers skills never go back again.

Me my partner and daughter went wedding ring shopping. This shop was the last one we went to 3 other jewel shop. We looked and tried some rings at other store and had no issue with it. One shop we tried a ring that was 5k with no hesitation. And then we came here I asked to try a 1k ring and she wanted me to show an idea because it's 1k and over, policy must show ID. This shocked my partner that he said because I'm not not white colour skin and my partner looks rough. I know that's why they asked for ID. I've shop there before with my white best friend she tried on way more expensive jewellery and was never asked to show ID. If the colour of my skin was an issue just say it to my face next time, no need to ask for ID. Even my daughter was questioning.ive never been humiliated in life until I walked in yoursto gre. It's 2023 don't work in retail if you can't serve all different customers that comes through your door. This happened on Wednesday late arvo. So disgusted by this of behaviour

I wish I could rate them with 'NO STAR'. I can see many 'poor customer service' reviews and seems the manager has nothing to do with all these comments.they have the worst customer service.
We went there for father's day gift and went with a Seiko watch which was half price ($700, now $350) from the outside display. The lady showed us the gold one which was $400 and she said the price difference is because of the colour. We asked her to put it aside as we wanted to do shopping first. We went back to the shop, the lady was not there, display was collected and 2 rude girls were in. We went to pay and she said system says $400.we explained about display and our conversation with the other lady, she just was repeating "system shows $400 and that's what I can do". She even did not bother to apologise while it was their obvious mistake or I would say mislead/lie.as customer we expected a simple word of 'sorry for this' but so rude to say that and shouting to us while another customer was watching.

This place has the worst customer service.
I thought it was a once off when I had a bad experience here a couple of years ago. However, they did it to me again this week.
I walked into the shop. I was the only customer in there. I walked up to the counter nearest the door where two ladies were talking to each other. I stood there so long without being attended to that I became embarrassed so I walked to the rear of the shop where a man and woman were talking to each other. As I approached the counter, the man started to walk away to the right. The woman moved to the left. I was at the counter between the two of them and neither one asked me if they could help me. I had to say: "Is anyone going to serve me? "
Do they just want to talk amongst themselves all day? It's unbelievable.

Very poor customer service, ladies are rude and arrogant. Stood in store 45 mins with no service. Politely asked for help and wasn't acknowledged and overheard ladies make rude comments on my appearance. Shop at the Epping prouds, much better service and nicer people.

Not happy at all. They sold a plated chain to me as a 9 Ct rose gold and did not accept it when the colour changed.they only lie to sell their product. Do not trust them.they are liers.

Ive waited 7 weeks for my wedding ring to arrive only to be told that they've lost it, I've had to postpone my re commitment ceremony, costing me thousands, expect a fight for thousands in compensation, not bloody happy, will never buy from Prouds again

RUDE dont even acknowledge someone when they visit your store thats alright we'll go elsewhere i know one less customer wont matter but that doesn't mean your store wont ever CLOSE useless ignorant ICOMPATENT

Utterly disgraceful and discriminating behaviour from a sale person. I am one of the regular customers as I regularly buy gifts from prouds, however this same lady asked for my ID card while I was buying a ring.today I took one of the earrings that I bought from Greensborough prouds on Saturday afternoon and took it back to exchange on Monday afternoon.i wanted to exchange as I bought it as a gift for a person living overseas and she didn't like it. However when I requested the exchange, the lady was rude from the beginning and start looking at the rings and made a claim that it is already used. It was intact with its receipt as it is.if it is a used one then I can't even take it and give it to someone as a gift, immediately she just handed over the box to me and behaved really bad. I forgot to ask her name as I got speechless with her behaviour and was shocked.i am still struggling to digest her dattitude.i would like to know why I need to show my ID if I want to purchase something and why I was handed a used product and the store blamed it on me without any avidence.

NEVER EVER I WILL BUY ANYTHING FROM PROUDS IN FUTURE.

First and last time buying anything at this store. Purchased a watch today. Got home and it doesn't work. (Home is a 40min drive) Tried calling store but no answer. Website says open until 9pm. Now will have to go back there tomorrow to have my money refunded. Not impressed. Had thought staff member would have ensured the watch was working.

I love coming to prouds their jewellery really gets me exited. Friendly service and heaps of assistance they really strive to please customer. Shop always immaculent and inviting. My favourite thing i look forward to are the big sale stars. Always a great bargain to be found love this place

Great service here at this store. Purchased a gift and staff member was extremely helpful is assisting me with the choices I needed to make. Highly recommend store and have been there more times since this shop. Good prices when sales are on. They were also happy to gift wrap the watch I purchased, much appreciated.

Over the years we have been here several times. We have purchased pendants, chains and watches. The staff have been consistently helpful and seem to know their products well. It's a well stocked shop with enough offerings appealing to most budgets. Can generally find great pieces when they have a sale.

Needs staff that actually can be bothered.
Not impressed with them at all.
I have been waiting since may for a ring i ordered and paid deposit on.
No call no letter just a msg to say my layby was cancelled no explanation and i lost my $100 deposit!
Not good enough prouds.
