Okay! I had the worse experience ever.when to get a special order i had the lady wasn't happy to service me and show me how the necklace suppose to be be, the mother daughter one supposed to be breakable as it a heart shape one. BUT NO the lady show no signs of showing me how it meant to be apart and just throw the necklace chain in and say it here the chain.how rude. I would be great to go elsewhere where have a customer service representative who would be happy I brought it as it a gift and how it breaks apart to give it to a daughter.not just put it the box and let me sign some receipt that I received it and say here you go.selfish much or just being lazy and take the commission and expect a customer like me know what to do. I rather go elsewhere.end of story.angry and I never do any bad reviews but this store made me!
Omg went in to buy some Gold Jewellery for some Birthdays, the Lady was RUDE, mishandled the pieces I chose so I was not buying amd spending money when she couldn't have cared less. Seriously, if people don't want to work in Customer Service then DONT!

Had to wait to 10 minutes to served, I was the only person in the store. Completely ignored by the team having a meeting, even though they kept glaring at me. Rude service, the lady had a terrible attitude.
Worst experience. Bought a titanium ring at Christmas time. The black band that is plastic came off the other day. Went into the store on 19th Feb 17. The rude boss said without the receipt she can do nothing. When we found the proof of purchase she just said nothing she can do as it's normal wear and tear. Not even two months old. What was the point of us searching for the receipt when she had no plans to offer proper customer service.
I do not recommend this store. The younger sales assistant was very pleasant though.
