7They are very rude and ignorant.i wanted to buy a gold chain that cost $400, and when i ask to look at it the lady that was working there ask for my id.
I called the store today for a copy of a receipt for a purchase I made 2 weeks ago. The lady on the phone was lovely and was in the middle of helping me get a copy of my receipt as I was in a different store trying to make an exchange. The manager at the time took the phone from the lady assisting me and spoke to me in such a rude way - saying she couldn't help me that there were other customers in store walking in that she had to help. She then went to say how her area manager walked in and that she needed to get off the phone. The receipt I needed was for items I had purchased for over 1100 dollars and I am absolutely appauled by the level of customer service I received.
This has made me want to return all my items and never shop at prouds again. Very disappointed.
I personally don't think this person sis suited for customer service- especially a management position.
At the end agger she spoke so rudley she has the audacity to huang ip on me.
Hopefully this review will save someone else from experiencing what I did today!
Came in on a Saturday afternoon to browse some men’s rings. Alina was super helpful the entire experience and made me feel right at home. Great prices and lovely products!
My boyfriend and I were taken care of so we’ll by Carmel. She was very accommodating and made us feel so special. She is an absolute gem! Will be coming back ️
My experience with this store was 1st class for customer service! I had an issue with a chain and Kate the manager, Carmel and Linda were amazing from start to finish. They were very professional, and dealt with my issue with a very favorable outcome. I believe these ladies went over and above to ensure I was a happy customer. Highly Recommend Prouds Forest Hill!
Shopped 342$ from them today and requested for one extra empty box as i was planning to put them in different packings,
