Keysborough, Dandenong.
I bought some earrings, they broke went back for repair. They couldn’t repair them!
Bought another one it had some hook problem, returned them got another pair (studs earrings) which they coming off my ears, to heavy.
Wonted to exchange them. They said I can’t because I already did twice!
I don’t understand the policy if it was my fault I would understand but it is manufacture problem.
Unbelievable, the quality is not worth it to pay in PROUDS
Worst customer service I’ve ever received. If there was a zero star, I would select that.
The Assistant Manager is horrible at her job. She didn’t want to do her job so I had to contact Head Office so that my return issue was sorted. After contacting Head Office my issue was sorted quickly, even they were wondering why she didn’t do it herself. If she doesn’t want to do her job why is she even there. Will not be returning again

I just came back to have a look and checked what would they change after customers complained about their customer service but nothing is changed. It gets worse. You lost me. I just told I went to another prouds and I bought more than $1000. Proud should work harder about customer service on their branches.
Today, I came to the shop and wanna exchange the bracelet because it is too loose for me when I just bought on Friday. However, the staff said I need to do pay off the Afterpay then I can exchange. This doesn’t mention on the policy for exchange. However the thing makes me feel not happy that the of attitude of the staff to serve. They look like that they don’t want to serve or need customers. I bought many jewelries from the store, and I have not ever seen the staff with the attitude like this. It’s fine. You don’t need me, I don’t need to come to buy anymore. I wanna exchange and I may buy more than that. But like you don’t want customers.

They are very Racist. I was ask to even give them my national ID card before I will be allowed to touch a ring. Haven’t been embarrassed like this in my entire life because the product was priced 1000aud… ️
Bad customer service. I was served by two Indian ladies today. I asked them to repair a ring (good condition) with my receipt. However the first lady refused and said we don’t do repairs here. The second lady said we do repairs but you have to pay. Inconsistencies in their responses. It seems they don’t care about their customers and want to make money in every way possible. Change your staff otherwise you will lose customers.
I bought a cute gold initial necklace for myself and I love it! I get many compliments while wearing it.
The ladies working here were so friendly and helpful while I was choosing. They provided me with lots of useful product info.
I would gladly shop here again in the future.
Good price, a good range of jewellery and watches, clean store, I took 2 point off because i felt the staff judged me and gave more attention to a well dressed women who brought nothing, I still spent 5 grand but was close to walking

Unreasonable priced items, first they tag the item 999$ then put label 40 % off, while the item os worth of 25% of the sale price.
The staff are lovely I had no problems and the specials were awesome. Keep up the good work ladies. This is definitely my store I buy my whole family's jewelery here and if I have to wait in line so be it, it's called patience.
Low customer service.asked for wall clock with timber look surround.but those timber look plastic not real good at close distance.so change mind to other one.asked the lady to get for me have look the second one, and plan in mind that will buy the second one.but she told me" i cant keep taking one by one for you". Real shocked.never step in there again.bad bad service.
