7Extremely rude staff. No idea how to serve customers. They lacked basic atticates to talk. I walked out of the store because of their rude behaviour. I will never buy from there.
Not really happy with the customer service don’t know the lady name but she was an old women with small height.knows how to get money but when u go back for a exchange or anything else then they showing very rude reactions not happy at all
Not happy at all with the service my girlfriend and I received on Christmas eve.
We didn't catch the lady's name but she was short and rude with us, we asked if we could resize a ring we purchased and they didn't have one we liked so we were told when we bought it that we could resize or return it if it doesn't fit right, on the return they made us very aware that they don't do returns on Christmas eve.multiple comments about when the ring was purchased and rude comments saying they are doing us the favour and we were in the wrong

If you can't do good customer service go do something else.

I went back a second time looking to buy and I have to say the customer service was exactly the same for me when browsing and when looking to buy.
I really liked a ring I had tried on in store which has solid band. I did not want a re-sized ring, so I placed a special order. I received my order 5 weeks later, but the ring is hollow on the inside. This is done to cut the cost. Ironiccally, the ring that I had tried on before has disappeared or was "sold". Silly me I did not take pictures of the original ring that I had tried on. I had nothing to back up my claims so I had to accept it. Will not buy anything from Prouds again. Dishonest practice!
