Prouds the Jewellers

Waited for 20 Min and no service. When I asked for help, the staff says they are serving someone who came after me.

Been here a few times but after today's experience, probably won't return.

For the record the shop was quite free when we went in - about 3 customers!

Came in for a repair on a necklace and a young lady, Mia was more than helpful. Offered great customer service.

OLD LADY Staff was very ill-mannered, Racist & Disrespectful!
Treated customers like Slave.

Old lady staff was so RACIST, RUDE & FRUSTRATED! If you don’t like your job then just QUIT lady. Her expression was So Disrespectful & Disgusting.

Disgustingly rude staff. Sold a fault item and was accused of bending them when they were never touched. Disrespectful old women, learn some customer service.

The middle-aged woman who served me today was lovely! I was purchasing flower earrings today for my friend, and she was very patient with my indecisiveness. She was an absolute legend.

Rude staff. Idk why they've got an attitude. Shouldn't work in retail if you're so stuck up. I was extremely nice to the ladies I only asked to look at necklaces for my mother and both of them had such a disgusting attitude

Had my jewellery sent for repair, Prouds failed to communicate status/update. Due to their lack in communicating to me as a customer, they proceeded with next steps without any consent. I provided feedback to communicate better although did not take any accountability and both sales persons were just plain rude.

Had a good experience here. Great customer service too. The bloke who attended to me was courteous.

Rude staff
Wanted to buy earrings but no one was available to help me I just wanted to pay for it, one of the lady said as you can see me I’m busy at the moment very rudely

Not HAPPY with the service came in everyone of the workers had an attitude I did not feel welcomed at all team needs to up there game on customer service and at the end of the day I believe it’s to please customers but instead I wanted to get out of there very disrespectful.

Experienced amazing customer service from an assistant called Keeley. Very kind, helpful and above all down to Earth. Kept it real, and ultimately convinced me to buy a great pair of earrings.

Terrible Staff and Store, The Thieves would not let me return an item purchased within 3 days unopened. Only offered me a Trade.appalling company you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Came into the store to purchase 3 bracelets for a christening, the blond lady mentioned that they only had two and that sunshine had one. We placed the bracelets on hold to the end of the day, went to sunshine to make sure the bracelet was there before we make a purchase. Luckily enough we managed to get it, only to come back to the highpoint store to be told by our lovely professional sales person that she sold one of the bracelets because she didn’t know we were coming back. As per Prouds policy we have the right to keep things on hold for 24hrs.

Good job on loosing 6 sales as we were going to purchase earrings as well.

Won’t be returning or supporting any Prouds and Angus and Coote stores.

Genius

Polish lady was the epitome or rude. Really poor serving skills. She talls to her coworkers so pretentiously. For someone who hasnt accomplished a lot.she needs to project her insecurities elsewhere. The lady with glasses who used to work at Michael Hills was super friendly. So was the asian lady. Never shopping there though because of pretentious Polish woman. Hope she learns to talk to her coworkers more kindly. She was so rude to the Asian lady. She is so condescending. I was getting second hand stress watching her talk to her coworkers.she isnt warm to customers either

Served by a lady who used to train flight attendants. She also used to work at Michael Hill. She rocks! Her fashion knowledge on jewelry was great.

Rude, inattentive, robotic customer service! The only ladies who were kind, friendly and helpful doesn't work here anymore! The middle-aged brunette lady and the tall blonde lady with a front fringe were really nice, not the current staff. After the pandemic services have lowered. Staffs they have now seem disinterested, can't even pull up a welcoming smile and have "why are you here? " kind of attitude. Prouds do not sell real gems, they're mostly lab made, but that's not the issue. The issue is the price of the products and services which are overly expensive. People these days don't mind purchasing lab made gems because we understand real gems are sold at the cost bloodshed, and we don't support that kind of slavery. Lab made gems are supposed to be more affordable, not overpriced.

Very very poor customer service from the middle aged blonde lady. Seemed to have an imaginary customer with only myself to attend while the other lady working was with another customer. She looked over and continued to fiddle with a watch after about 5 minutes told me she was with a customer without even being greeted. I ended up walking out and purchasing from micheal hill instead.
I suggest handing your employees a basic people skills handbook.
