Prouds the Jewellers

Last month I had a terrible experience at this jewellers the person serving me wouldn't stop coughing amd didn't tell me why she was coughing and after that sold me a piece of jewellery which I asked could be returned of the size was wrong yes of course she says which I few days later I try to return the piece of jewellery and get told by a different sales person I coudnt return it got the store manger who said I can't return it got my money back after a lot of hassle

Love the prices. Always some specials going as well. Good quality products and if you are on the ball and love your jewellery you can grab the "not so common mass produced" pieces when they hit the shop. I confess I'm a regular browser for those unusual and a bit more unique pieces! Great service always.

Always shop here but very disappointed with them today as purchased a gold chain in Feb and only wore it once and clasp has broken and they wouldnt replace and wanted me to pay extra to have it repaired!

Brought my mum a beautiful ring for Christmas it took a lot of time to find the perfect one staff very helpful full

Emma at Prouds is a great sales person went out of her way to help me, l even ended up putting something aside for christmas.

Excellent service, my 6yr old daughter was excited about purchasing a gift for mothers day and the sales staff engaged with her perfectly.then also gave us advice on where to find other items in the town

I'm surprised I'm not on first name base here but I have noticed a change of staff, they always have something nice on special they have kept my partner happy for 8 years now, I don't know about my bank balance lol arr that aren't bad for price wise and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
