The same as a lot of the other reviews. Walked in, no other customers in the store. Four staff members behind counter not one asked me if I needed a hand after walking up and down the display cases a few times. Absurd poor behavior and immense lack of customer service. Obviously more training from management required as well as realization they have jobs because of the customers.

Terrible service. I walked into the store last week to purchase some gold earrings. There were 3-4 ladies in the store (staff) 3 behind the counter, a couple made eye contact with me and didn’t greet me or ask if I needed help. One of them walked towards me then headed into the back room / area after looking me in the eye- still no hello or acknowledgment. When I realised no one was going to serve me, I decided to leave and take my money elsewhere. As I was walking out, a lady at the middle counter/stand said “oh can I help you with anything? ” I thought nope. Too late ma’am.
If you want customer service, do not come to this store. It looked like a bunch of old ladies having a gasbag and not interested in serving a customer and making a sale. The very reason they are hired.

There is a lady rude and impatient! (she is over 50 year old and has grey -short hair) Act like your issue with a purchased item or service offered. Don’t go here!

Just served by the most Lovely girl I have ever met! Her name was Sandra I believe and the girl also working with her I believe they were friends just gave me the best shopping experience I have ever encountered at a jewellers! Kudos to you guys and A+ customer service!

I went to the Epping Plaza store today as the staff at Plenty Valley last week weren't interested in serving me. (See separate review.)
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly voice saying: "Can I help you with anything".
The staff member located the item I had found online. When I asked if she could do a better price as it wasn't presently on sale, she immediately offered me a discount of $24.
I walked out of there one very happy customer.

Ersila, one of the staff, was so rude to me and tough. I don’t know how she can treat a customer like this. I am so upset. I read the reviews of people and most of them have agreed on how rude the staff member reacted.

Just so disappointed in the way things are handled in here got a quote and it changed all the time so angry they have lost me as a customer will be ringing head office as they need 2 change things and to be aware of what goes on

Purchased a pair of earrings today and when I got home I noticed that one of clasps was not clicking into place properly, which means it was faulty. I returned to the store and Danni refused to issue a refund as she said there was nothing wrong with it. She had no customer service skills whatsoever and then asked me to go to the South Morang store to see if they had another pair in stock. Classic example of handballing the problem to someone else. Do not shop at this store.

Rachel at South Morang store agreed that it was faulty and exchanged it.

Horrible service disgusting, thought this would be a good store to buy from was lied to twice highly recommend not shopping at this place or the company all i wanted was a resize ended up getting it done by another localization store which was extremely better (mill park)

The 2 women who work there are very rud not professional.
I was looking for a silver ring I've try few and she did not even ask do i needbigger size. She just stood next to me and not saying anything.

Need a staff overhaul, very unprofessional how they treat customers and talk. Make everything seem like a burden.

The ladies are rude, lazy, act like your issue with a purchased item or service offered does not the blonde ones were extreamly hostile! Dont go here!
