I have a good idea about computers and was very impressed by Prototech computers customer service, pricing and knowledge. Much more helpful than other computer stores in Bendigo. I will be going here for all of my computer needs going forward. Appreciate the great service and help!

Dropped computer for repair paid $80 to have it looked at told it would be a week two weeks later I rang they were just about to look at it had a static build up they would ring me the next day a week later I called in it was ready and had been for a week no body bothered to ring he gave me the computer no charge no explanation of the problem but he did apologize

Left a message and they returned my call. Turns out i didn't need any services so can't comment further than that.
