Called them in the afternoon asking for a same day delivery for a Lenovo Ideapad Laptop that i needed urgently for myself. The laptop was priced 50% off RRP and was in mint condition. These guys were so wonderful as they only charged me $20 extra and delivered it within 3 hours. Highly recommended for their well and beyond effort!

They picked up my computer from my house for a very reasonable call-out fee. When my PC was returned in working order I was charged no extra as they said it required little work.
I would recommend this company. I also appreciate the fact that Fais was polite and respectful to an old chick.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here, after doing some research I found I was charged $200 to repair a Wifi USB issue I have got recently same issue and asked problem but didn’t reply and I found same USB $20 from office work and works fine.

The seller advertised a specific laptop online. I messaged him and asked if it's still available. He said yes and we arranged a time to pick it up several minutes after confirming it's availability. I get to his 'business' deep in the middle of the suburbs and he asked me 'what can I do for you ' as if I was just strolling past his suburban house on Easter Friday. I said I'm here to pay for the laptop and showed him the messages. He tells me he doesn't have that laptop and proceeded to try and either upsell or downsell to a different laptop. Terrible business strategy and wasted an hour of my time and petrol, what a disgrace.

I recently needed new laptop and saw their ad on Facebook n thought why not check them out- and I'm glad i did! Not only was their service lovely but I got the best laptop for an awesome price wirh exactly what I needed! Thank you thank you thank you again for your wonderful help. Honestly b4 u shop at the big stores I highly recommend u go here 1st.

Fast, Efficient & Priced well

I have had 2 Mac Books repaired here. One in Dec 2019 & 1 Today. Both needed new batteries, for my children’s school PCs. Price was affordable & service was great. I have had no problems at all & I would recommend them. They looked at the Macs first & gave me a quote using Genuine battery replacement as that’s what I asked for, before they repaired it. I recently purchased a HP Envy laptop from the Protech I. T solutions team.
I spoke with Faisal and the team there and I have to say what a wonderful and pleasant experience that I had.

Nice people. They have good experience in computers and they are selling laptops, monitors and computer accessories, but the location of the shop is a bit far from the shopping center of the area

Gave them a corrupt 1.5TB hard drive and a new 2TB hard drive to recover the data onto. Called me saying the 1.5TB hard drive had 3TB of data on it and I needed to buy a 4 TB hard drive of him. Told him I didn't want to buy any more hard drives. Went to collect my hard drives and he demanded $50 before he gave them back and said it was a diagnostics fee. Very disappointed with Protech service and attempt to rip me off.

I've been here a few times and have had great customer service Everytime, great products & a great bunch of guys, very honest and items are reasonably priced
