Our company recently purchased a used Excavator from ProQuip. There are a number of reasons why I will be recommending ProQuip to others wishing to purchase construction equipment/machinery and why we will be going to ProQuip again the next time we need to make a purchase.
1. The sales process was incredibly fast, easy, efficient and professional.purchasing from interstate and not being able to physically view the machine made me a little nervous BUT ProQuip were so great in alleviating my concerns. I was given all details of the machine I wanted I was interested in including service history, risk assessments, photos and even a video! ProQuip organised delivery and helped us to access finance. It was a one week turn around from my first enquiry to the date our machine delivered to us!
2. Communication was outstanding. All of my phone calls, messages and emails were responded to quickly. Anything I needed prior to delivery to register the machine for site (paperwork, risk assessments etc) was provided with no fuss.
3. Value - the machine has clearly been well looked after and we have gotten a quality product for a great price - having such a great experience with ProQuip has actually put me off buying brand new again, we won't hesitate to go back to them to purchase used equipment/machinery in the future.

I have never purchased or driven an excavator but with Alan’s guidance and his teams attention to detail, I now have a fantastic 5 ton Machine capable of all of the work I hoped to Achieve.
Proquip are very personable and approachable from the man at the top to the guys in the maintenance shed. Very welcoming, and not at all intimidating to the novice like myself. This has been a very rewarding experience, and I am happy to recommend Proquip to any of my friends with a similar need.

Fast service, needed urgently a key for a komatsu, boys put it aside when I called and I was in and out in 5 min tops

We hired road roller machine and equipment is new and latest.

We normally get really well maintained gear and even though we had a break on site, the service team were quick in fixing the issue. 5/5 for great staff and customer service. 5/5 for quality gear and fast response.

Absolutely fantastic people to deal with, we regularly use these guys and they never disappoint. Low hour machines, any attachment you need and nothing ever a problem. When I need equipment this place is my first call.
