Worse agency I've worked with specifically working with Ollie, he doesn't treat the candidates with respect and didn't give me enough time to say he will be taking me out of the roster due to me having gastro. These people literally want you to work to get money out of you but clearly don't care what state and mind you're in.

I have had a really good experience dealing with Richie at ProQuest who recently got me placed. She was very helpful and professional and always kept me updated through regular phone calls and emails. Really appreciate her efforts and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a job in Melbourne. Thanks Richie and team.

Worst experience ever. First of all they got me to do induction (it took me 1 and a half day), after that they called me for interview. They took my previous manager’s number for reference check and said everything is all good just reference check is remaining. I called for two days after that and they keep saying only reference check is pending. And then today when i called to ask if they got my reference check done or not, they said we will inform you if there will be any vaccancies. Total waste of more than a week. Disgusting.

ProQuest helped me to get job in top most plastic manufacturing industry. I had interview with Alicia Hayes through phone call and then later Microsoft team meeting. She was very helpful with induction process and gave me great advice whenever I needed in recruitment process.

Very unprofessional!

Received a call on a Saturday asking me to start on the Monday (I wasn't even signed with them)
Told them I could start the Wednesday. Was told the job was mine and they would send through the paperwork. Rung them Monday to enquire as i didn't receive any emails to be told jobs been taken.

Worst agency I have ever seen in Australia. Never Pick up call they do call only when they required. Irresponsible in duties of their work. Zero Professionalism. Derrimut branch is to slow in process. I don't know why company hire staff like Emma. I don't want to waste my * for this recruitment company.

That agency they are disgusting.
They don’t care about workers only the cash!
If you have a complain they don’t listen to you.

They’re allowing people to drink on site and letting them drive forklifts and rideons.

I've worked through these guys for just under a year and I'm so glad I'm now on the company's books

The amount of times I have had to call up and argue about money is ridiculous
They refuse to pay you, they very rarely pay you correctly and if you do over time best believe you won't see that money

I have been waiting a little under a month for money that is owed to me, the company, my boss and my self have all told them what I should have been paid but for some reason they refuse to pay up

And I'm not the only one, I've spoken to 10 plus staff at my warehouse that have all missed days of payment, hours just not paid, and proquest refuses to talk to you or the bosses and thinks if they ignore us they get to keep the cash

If you can wait to get a job rather then go through these guys, please do
I've worked in warehousing for 7 years and proquest is by far the worst recruitment agency I've ever been apart of
