UPON EXITING MY APARTMENT THEY LEFT ALL OF THE DOORS UNLOCKED AND THE OUTSIDE DOOR WIDE OPEN. UPON SETLEMENT THE HOUSE WAS FILTHY DUE TO THE OUTSIDE DOOR BEING LEFT OPEN. I AM LUCKY THAT NO UNWANTED VANDALS ENTERED THE APARTMENT. COMPANY HAS NOT RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS OR RETURNED PHONE CALLS.
NEVER AGAIN!

Styling was efficient but quality of some of the pieces was pretty poor, particularly bedside lamps were really old, the plastic interior of the lamp shade was all cracked and visible, outdoor set and styling furniture was obviously weathered. But the most frustrating part has been the lack of response to my calls, emails, texts and mentions on social media to resolve some damage caused to property following removal of the furniture. They wont respond at all. For this reason I would not recommend.

My experience working with Property Styling Melbourne was highly positive. It was a quick and easy consultation and bump in was great - they even styled my fresh flowers for me! Selling a property is incredibly stressful, and it's very easy to double-guess but trusting the girls and the process really paid off! The pieces that were brought into our home made it feel like a different place! It was still practical- they worked with furniture we already had (and with two kids kept it 'safe') but incredibly beautiful too! Thanks to the team for doing a great job.

At the beginning we were super impressed by the follow up and customer service. However as soon as we engaged property styling Melbourne it was one disappointment after another.
A site visit was carried out and inventory decided. 20% of the items listed were not delivered. The items shown as examples on other styling jobs by the company were superior to what we received. The furniture was marked, dirty and didn’t flow with the home style at all. When I expressed disappointment, I was told that they would look into it and get back to me with some options. This never happened. The overall look of the staging appeared thrown together and messy- perhaps made up of leftover items. Definitely not the classic and luxurious interior design requested. This $900k home was not presented to appeal to our target buyer whatsoever.
Then I was charged more to use the buy now, pay later facility even though the agreement explicitly states this is not to occur and against contract terms.
I was even charged to use my own bathroom staging items!
When bought to the company’s attention, response was slow and not acceptable.
The expense of using this company was much greater than the three alternate quotes we received but we went with them due to the initial customer service levels and promised end result along with the payment option.
There has been no resolution and unanswered emails. The whole process has been stressful and disappointing.
As a real estate agent myself, I’m not foreign to property staging and the benefits influencing the end result. I will not be recommending this company to any of my clients or colleagues.
