Proper Pizza Burnside

I love the pizza from here. I’ve not had anything else so can’t rate that, but the pizzas are good. The girls cut the pieces nice and even but the boys not so much lol. When I can’t decide between ordering Indian food or pizza I get myself the Paneer pizza. Best of both worlds. And the garlic bread is my fav out of any other pizza joint.

Ordered 15 Pizza's. I must say they have reasonably good Pizza's. The chips are even better - It was all picked up so it was nice and hot.
Down side is it's run by Indians. (don't get me wrong here) The staff are overseas students who are not proficient in English. That's why orders are taken wrong and bad communication at counter too. The skinny girl at the counter thinks she's in a fashion parade who walks around bossing the employees with her open hair and extra long finger nails around the kitchen and where pizza's are being made? Even the employees don't wear a Hair net. Surely they are not aware about the Food Safety guidelines of Australia. They are just making an earning.
I was going to point that open hair are not allowed, But they are who they are. They will keep doing it unless a safety inspector doesn't fine them big time. So not going back until they improve food safety standards.

I order from them tandoori pizza it was just cheese in whole pizza there is only 4 piece of paneer … I called them they hang up on me … rude staff gave order second time but both time their pizza was disgusting i wasted my money good luck to them who’s ordering from them

Ordered italian parma and this what i got. And the chicken in the bbq pizza was off. Never ordering again.

Fantastic pizza, ingredients are distributed evenly. Fresh and well seasoned. My fav pizza shop

This store is racially motivated they will happily serve people that aren't white I was first in line waiting for them to serve me and they instead served the 2 people behind me who where Muslim and indian this has happened multiple times (and people say you can't be rascit to white people) they need to get back the old owners

Outstanding deleivery service which doesn't cost that much at all. The pizzas themselves arrived nice and hot and were not soggy.

Excellent pizza in the area. Taste very good. My boy Ritesh made it like I want it. Yummy this is my regular joint for pizza now.

Twice I've ordered the simplest pizza and they got it wrong. I had to go back and pickup they're mistake both times. I rang first time and thought maybe they misheard my order so I ordered online and still got it wrong. Pizza with only 2 ingredients. Not hard guys, just read thd docket.

Sorry to say that, but it’s a waste of money. The dough is undercooked; the topping is alright tho. The texture of the dough is awful!

They had a few hick ups when they first opened, but then quickly turned it around. They are one of my favourite Pizza places but unfortunately they can never make the pizza when they promise

Call before you do anything!
Placed order online for delivery, got canceled, no driver. Understandable.
Placed the order online again and changed the option to "Pick up" and paid for order online. Order got canceled because some of the items weren't in stock? , now have to wait 3-5 days to get a refund.
Moral or the story, call before you do anything. I'm really annoyed that, if the $50 worth of food I was to order was what I had budgeted for that even to feed the family, then, well, bad luck, got to wait 3-5 days to see that again.
It's more unfortunate that for a business, there was no call to ask if I would like an alternative option on the menu, because I would have went with another menu option.
Lost a customer before even having one.

Great quality pizza friendly service very clean however they have not many staff working which can means very long time just for 1 pizza

I tried the garlic prawn pasta and it was ok, just a tad tasteless and lacking in garlic and salt

Very bad service and I told them pizza was overcooked. Even not taking orders properly & made wrong pizza. Twice ordered pizza and both time wasted money. Please don’t waste your money. I went to shop about complaint and they did not accept their mistake but they blamed the customer. Very poor service.

I made an order via Menulog today with 1 family pizza, 1 pasta & 1 garlic bread (Order id: 208234976). But after making me waiting for over 15 minutes, my order was cancelled for no any reason from you guys. It made me and my little nephews waiting for nothing.

Variable quality and consistently missing items in my order when ordering through a delivery partner due to how they have structured their store.

No longer recommend.

Cheap, plenty of toppings, always tasty and delicious and always family favourite for pizza or their chicken nuggets and chips!

Ordered pizza (6) from these guys. Vegetarian pizza came with meat (Ham) After calling and talking to Pavan. 1st he advised that to double check as they never make mistake and once advise there is meat in it- Stated we are closed and will find another time get you your pizza. Do not order from this place they are very much un-professional and '" Do not care for their customers at all" I give it a - 5 Star if I could. Advise my workplace not to order from them ever again.
