Communication was poor. I made a query about having a plate in a glass case engraved. Was told it would be ok. Went in and not only was called a man, and was told they had no idea what I was talking about they then refused to engrave. When I said that they had said opening the case would be ok I was blamed for not explaining there were screws (Im not sure why I would explain the case if it didnt need opening? !). I was told off for being 'rude' and then told leave and not come back. Terrible service, horrible attitudes and the customer certainly doesnt matter to this business. Had it in with someone else hours later, case was no worries. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Luke and the team are always happy to help with my last min rush orders and go above and beyond expectations. I promise one day I'll give you plenty of notice. Great quality, great price, great service and local. Win win win win.

We needed trophies for a community punters club and rang to see if they could help. Luke was very helpful on the phone and advised that they had just what we needed. We went to the factory which had in stock the perfect trophies for us at such reasonable prices.
