Prom Country Cheese reviews
21Great place for a visit, family friendly, and delicious cheeses and scones! Will be recommending to friends and family, and will return again.
Highly recommended cheese tasting experience there. Beautiful shop, staff is really friendly, cheese is quite tasty.
What a great place to experience a wide range of cheeses and local wines and beers in a lovely relaxed environment, the staff were very helpful and informative and efficient, what more could you ask for.
The fresh baked bread, scones (& home made wild plum jam!) and cheeses were scrumptious
Lovely spot to eat lunch outside & the area is beautiful to drive through. The cheese is delicious. I went with my husband after work. We had one platter & scones. More than enough food for the both of us.
I love this place - the cheese is delish! Generous servings on the tasting plate and a great range of both hard and soft sheep and cow cheese, best accompanied by a glass of wine. I also had the pleasure of hand feeding a flock of their lambs.
This place never disappoints me, always great service with so much knowledge and let’s not forget sensational cheese. We Buy something from this ploughman’s platter every time we go.
Love the hot fresh bread rolls and its the only place I have been that has fresh hot homemade gluten free option, absolutely yummmy.
Cheese tasting plate was delicious and excellent value for money. Reasonable prices to take some cheese home with you. Definitely worth a visit
Great cheeses, great atmosphere, great service and dog friendly and with great fly shoo away things.
Friendly staff. There is a $10 cheese tasting plate that is of good size that helps the choosing of which cheese to buy. Smells a bit funny though and has a empty, echoy atmosphere.
A great place to try different varieties of cheese, especially ones made from sheep milk. A quaint place for a relaxing afternoon and for kids to interact with horses and farm animals.
We had a nice stop by on the way back to Melbourne, even after full brekky tried local cheese plate and didn't regret. Thanks to the owners for this little gem in the area!
Very friendly, great cheeses and crackers, quince paste, olives and tapenades, and oh joy lambs and cubby house to keep thw children happy while you enjoy wine and cheeses
Lovely place! The tasting platter is value for money and the views are incredible. We got some great photos:)
Nice place, bit smelly but is manageable. Good selection of cheese and decent portion size, milkshakes are quite small and bathroom is a bit old style
Place is a bit hard to find, and make sure to take a break after eating as there is a windy road to anywhere you have to go.
Thanks for a great day

Recommend the tasting plate, then buy the cheeses you liked the most. A great selection of cheeses.
Freshly baked scones are delicious also.
Really welcoming staff and a fantastic experience! We got to feed some lambs - which was very popular with the kids. The selection of cheeses is good, and a number of the varieties are really superb.
Great variety of cheeses and the cheese tasting plate is only 10 dollars with enough cheese to taste for 2 people. After this, I am sure you want to buy the whole stock.
Visit this place every time I'm down that way. Great friendly service, beautiful atmosphere and sensational cheese. The platter is such good value, you can make a lunch of it. I love the name sheet to tick off and comment if you wish and can't go past the hot fresh baked buns. So yummy I always buy some for home.
