Projekt 3488

Simon and I got married at Projekt 3488 in October 2023. Mark and Sandi guided us for months before the wedding, easing our stress around the day and putting our minds at ease every time we caught up. Their whole team were extremely professional on the day, making sure everyone was where they needed to be, playing the right music at the right times. The venue itself is phenomenal (as good as the photos are, they don’t do it justice). The gardens are so beautiful that there was no need for us to leave the premises to get our photos taken, saving us precious time to spend with our friends and family. The sound system delivers perfect quality sound throughout the venue. The lighting system gives a full disco/nightclub experience later in the evening. We had guests travel from all over Australia, all of them commenting it was so worth the travel, a lot of them telling us “best wedding ever”. Not only did they love the venue, but they loved discovering and spending time in Warburton. 10/10, highly recommend, would do it again in a heartbeat

This Wedding Venue was an absolute dream come true for our special day. From the moment we stepped foot inside, we were completely captivated by its enchanting beauty. The breathtaking gardens surrounding the venue were like something out of a fairy-tale. It's impossible for me to articulate just how extraordinary this place and its incredible staff truly are. Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude towards Mark and Sandi for creating the most unforgettable experience of our lives.

This venue is absolutely out of this world! The decor, the detail, the staff are just all so amazing and friendly! Mark and Sandy are absolute legends! I had the best time shooting here and can't wait to go back for more fun! Projekt is probably my all time favourite venue to photograph weddings at. Not only the celebrations feel like unadulterated fun, the decor is pure heaven that will give your guests something to talk about for years. The owners Sandy and Mark are the most lovable guys, I can't help giving them a big hug everytime I see them.
They will help you find the best food and entertainment to suit your day and are at the top of the list for LGBTQIA+ friendly.
You not only have stunning gardens to have your photos at, but the famous Redwood forest is 10mins away, there are countless little pockets you can shoot at dotted across the valley and a plethora of accommodations nearby. They have a very flexible space to host ceremonies inside and out on two levels, seated dinners or cocktail style with the ultimate dancing space.
Do yourself a favour and put this on your shortlist.

Hands down my favourite wedding venue to date! As a celebrant and MC, I've seen a stack of amazing venues around Victoria, but if I had to ply favourites, this spot would be up there! Unique and funky, but somehow intimate and homey with amazing staff and just all-round good vibes, I will be crossing my fingers that I get to come and play here again very soon! This is a gorgeous venue with amazing staff. Attended my brother’s wedding as a member of the bridal party, and the owner and staff were so friendly and professional. They were relaxed in all the appropriate moments, and put us all at ease with their organisation. The venue is stunning, with beautiful decor and immaculate native gardens. Unique and yet still gives space for a personal experience. We had an amazing night and are so grateful for the amazing support and welcoming atmosphere.

The staff here are phenomenal, friendly, easy to work with, so very kind in running both the ceremony and reception. Even the rehearsal was well planned and ran well. Beautiful location and building, with a gorgeous garden at the back

5 stars isn’t high enough for this venue. The atmosphere was amazing and they have thought out every single detail superbly. Mark and Sandy are fantastic hosts and they catered to everyone even my five and three year old were looked after just like any other guest. They made everyone feel very special.
The gardens were beautiful and the venue had the most amazing vintage flair. Would recommend them to everyone.

Absolute dream team of staff that tied it all in to make THE greatest night ever.

We filmed a vow renewal at Projekt 3488 in late December. We were so impressed by the venue and staff. The venue itself is so cool with amazing art throughout and a big open event space downstairs. The big deck upstairs sits amongst the gum tree canopies and looks so stunning at dusk. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond for all the guests and vendors. I highly recommend Projekt 3488

As an event manager for over a decade, I have some seen some really beautiful venues in my time but Projekt 3488 is truly outstanding! Every little detail inside the breathtaking venue to the stunning and expansive gardens has been considered, Mark and Sandi have put their heart and soul into the place and it truly shows.

The service was second to none and the entire team went above and beyond for guests to make this one of the best events I’ve ever been to.

Mark and Sandi, we cannot thank you enough, what a truly unique and magical place you have created. Projekt was the first of 3 wedding venues we didn't bother visiting the last 2 we knew we have found our place and nothing could possibly compare. So much love has gone into the place, both inside and out.
Mark and Sandi are a dream to deal with, we had to reschedule due to COVID and they made it as pain free as possible. On the night we could not have been in better hands, nothing was too much to ask, their warmth and hospitality is second to none. Photos and words cannot do justice to the experience and emotions had by all that night. My only wish is that we could do it all over again!
