I have a very present experience with the medical centre. Not only they were very friendly but also professionally. I have excellent care from the medical centre.

Dr Guldali is the rudest and most aggressive person, let alone doctor. Is he a doctor? He didn’t know what my medications were

Great medical centre, however it's not a good look that the doctors and staff have decided not to wear masks when they are fully aware they are risking the lives of vulnerable patients. One would think so-called medical professionals would act more responsibly.
Update.
I now have found a clinic where the doctors actually take their roles and responsibilities seriously, where all the practitioners wear masks. Wasn't hard to find.

Their values align with mine.

The nurse gave me a very thorough understanding of the vaccines needed for travel. She was amazing!

I was very happy with the advice and prompt service and very happy with overall experience

Brian is an incredible doctor he has always spent the time to listen and get to the root cause. Sam and Erica at reception are in a league of their own when helping you, if it wasn’t for this team my life would have been very different today

I received my 5 doses of COVID vaccine at this Medical Centre. All the arrangements were handled very efficiently and courteously. The injections were done painlessly. I was seen punctually at the time of my appointments. I am very satisfied with everything in connection with my 5 visits to this Medical Centre.

The nurse was very friendly and receptionist was happy and smiling.
All in a very pleasant experience In getting my 5th Covid 19 jab

Saw Dr Ohis yesterday (being a Saturday) with my husband. He fit me in at the last minute
Wanting to say how caring and professional Dr Ohis is. Never rushes us and always listens to our issues and takes the next step
Also want to say how professional and courteous Sam is at the reception. Nothing is ever too much

Have been coming to progress medical for over 10 years. Fantastic person-centred care. I always feel listened to and not rushed.

This medical centre is quite good. They have a really fast wait time for consultations, and their medical staffs are very professional in performing their jobs

Appointment available quickly. Attention was prompt friendly and efficient. Information provided was relevant and covered the topic well.

I have the best Doctor at Progress Medical Centre. I finally have found someone who takes the time to listen to me. Dr Ritsa Mardes is warm and compassionate and takes a great interest in my health. I am very grateful.

It was our first visit to the clinic and from the first phone call the service was outstanding. Even though they were down a Doctor today and busy they still managed to fit my son in. I’m so grateful. The Doctor we saw was really lovely and helpful. Will definitely try and go to this clinic instead of our regular one.

The practice manager Sam is always very helpful and polite. I’ve never had the follow up on anything as he always follow through on what is promised
