Very bed experience with this agency, very much disappointed. You try to play with someone’s career. I was applied for warehouse job and waiting to get shift and start my new work, no reply in two days. On third day, provide a shift and at last moment, they canceled shift and try to breakdown your confidence. Waste of time and money as well. What’s the purpose to hire if they have enough staff in warehouse.

Greatest labour hire agency, i have seen throughout my career.

They don’t care about their employees especially when having problems or bullying at work so I wouldn’t recommend working for them

**WARNING TO ALL**
When the site your placed at has a pay increase Programmed fail to pass this on to you. Only after constantly requesting for it and over a month later they pay the increase but refuse to pay the arrears ripping you off and pocketing the extra. Avoid working for them unless you like to give money away!

They will waste your time by asking to complete inductions for work and then won’t contact you and when you contact them you will be informed ohhh you are not selected this time.

Have worked with Programmed off and on over the years. Clearly the best one.
Yes they have made mistakes with my pay. But fix it within 24 hours. My experience with them has been great. You work hard and are reliable. They will provide you with work.

Not getting back or not giving any update, posting fake profile and fake Jobs just too look busy

Constantly every week my pay was messed up from payroll, had to continue doing follow-ups every week for my pay. Also placed me in a truck to drive manual when I told them I can’t drive a manual, Been waiting for my separation certificate since December & February it is now July 24 still not here, they claim I work for Coca-Cola never did also refuse to give me H&R number

The reason for giving them 1 star is pretty silly actually because my mate was told by one of the staff that they can’t give him work as he has given the bad review to the company.like seriously? GROW UP!

Withholds pay, hours are chopped and changed without prior warning. Refuses to pay correct hourly wages. Rips off uneducated workers. Plays favourites with mates and family members.

Everyone is pretty lovely, except for someone named meena? (No idea how to spell his name

And safe to say he is extremely rude
It's your job to have to converse with the workers
It shouldn't be a drag you spastic

Maybe should look into another field

They caused damage to my car, at first was replying to my messages, and weeks after didnt hear anything from them.

I applied for a job that Programmed had advertised on Seek, I had to go register and they gave me the job.to bad it only lasted 8 days, found out a few weeks after I finished up working that they had given me a bad review to my employment agency, saying that i'd had a 'bad attitude towards work' and was unsuited for the job, none of which was true, don't get why they would do that to their clients, won't be dealing with them again! My advice to anyone looking to sign up with this lot is don't waste your time, one star rotten tomato rating from me!

Travelled from the other side of the city. Was made to jump through hoops. Asked wanky questions through the interview like I was going for a position as a high paid CEO in return no real info on the position I applied for. Only to find out a week later the position was "cancelled". Thanks for nothing.

As saying goes "How the mighty have fallen" Skilled were once a decent agency now just useless can see why they had to change there name to Programmed. Do Induction onsite wait 2 weeks for piss weak 1 shift don't bother signing up to them anyone they just waste your time.

Have signed up with them twice cause they were apparently going to get me work but no they don't care, they are rude and never answer there phone when you call

Went in, did my interview, handed in my resume, finished induction. Still waiting 2 weeks after for them to do my "reference checks" so I can get a simple job off them. Have a family and baby to take care of. And they're too lazy to help someone who is qualified and keen to work!

Do not waste your time.
These guys are the most useless job agency, their customer service is terrible and they really don't care about getting you any work unless they know you will bring them money. I have loads of experience and have called multiple times and they say they 'will call you' but don't. Pricks.
