Martin was pleasant, respectful, helpful and professional. Never left the job until I was fully satisfied to completion. He's replaced the springs I bought from eBay with better Australian-made ones. He's adjusted the rail from the wall to align the motor arm. He's lubricated the rollers, straightened a bowed roller guide and replaced a broken roller wheel hinge. My garage door is now quieter and works like new since installed in 2014. Best of all, He's given me a discount as he was referred to me by my handyman friend.

Spring on my garage door snapped the day before Christmas. I rang Profix Garage doors and Hoang came around promptly and replaced both springs and now the door works like a charm. Outstanding price and customer service, don’t waste your time with other companies who will attempt to rip you off with outrageous call-out fees.
