Nothing but praise for the awesome Team that is Profile Timber Floors. I've provided a before picture of the horrendous smelly carpet that was in our gorgeous, newly purchased Victorian. The next 4 pictures are the afters. Vivian, Jim, Peter and the Team were wonderful, patiently answering all my questions. We are so thankful they managed to squeeze us in as these guys are busy! Competitively priced, the Team were considerate and just plain lovely. Thanks guys - we will get you back to work on the 120 year old baltic pine when we can save up some money:)
Jim and his team came highly recommended to me and they did an excellent job at levelling and installing my oak floor. We did a large amount of research and visited numerous showrooms, and found the selection and quality of the products at Profile was the best choice. But what was even more impressive was the outstanding service we had from the first day to the very end. Nothing was too much trouble and the advice and expertise from Vivian and Jim was outstanding. The team that came to lay the flooring were extremely professional and polite. We have beautifully crafted timber steps and amazing flooring in our home. We highly recommend Profile Timber Floors.
Profile Timber Floors gave me a quality and Beautiful Designed Timber Floor and I am pleased with this product.
I have been incredibly pleased with Jim and the team at Profile. They were honest about cost and timeframes and worked really well with all the other trades happening in the house at the same time.
They were part of a very big renovation I did and they were the only trade that delivered on the timeframe they promised.
Jim was meticulous about keeping the place clean and tidy for us and packing all the tools away at the end of the day. I very rarely write reviews, but these guys deserve it. Very happy with the finished product and will update with photos once the house is finished.
We recently had our floors replaced in out Docklands apartment by Jim and his team.
I could not believe how easy they were to deal with and there quality of work is just terrific
