Ashleigh and his team are the consummate professionals. In a difficult selling property market, due to rising interest rates and buyer reluctance, Ashleigh and his team displayed they are the consummate estate professionals. They diligently presented the property in a wonderful manner, applied their extensive expertise, persevered against a falling market and achieved a wonderful result for all parties. This was the second time in two months that Ashleigh and the team successfully achieved settlement for us in difficult circumstances.

Great experience with Chris. We met him at a few open houses and he was always very friendly, informative and helpful. Gave off great vibes. We were glad to work with him to acquire our first home.

When nothing is too much trouble
Well we looked at this house at least 3 times over the course of 3 or 4 weeks and every time Chris went out of his way to facilitate the inspections and guide us through the process. Greatly appreciated his down to earth responses and local knowledge. Definitely not a pushy real-estate agent and was happy to hang around and chat about the house, the area (which he lives in) and what he sees as the future for the area. If we sell this house in the future I would be most pleased to have Chris as our agent.

Trustworthy and down to earth!
This is our first time buying a house together and for what we always believed would be such a stressful experience, it really wasn’t and we believe this is because we had an incredibly attentive agent. Jadie’s warmth, professional yet old fashioned country attitude and easy going persona made this experience somewhat enjoyable and memorable. Jadie was always quick to respond to texts, emails and calls and always thoroughly explained processes to us and thankfully very good at dumbing it down for us. Jadie just ‘got us’, she knew what we wanted and what we didn’t and found us a forever home.

Jean and Chris were fantastic to work with. They got back to all our questions promptly and it never felt like they were “playing games” with us as it can sometimes feel with other agents.
