Amazing staff so friendly and welcoming! So much range and product… wouldn’t go anywhere else. If I could give more stars I would!

I came to this head office professional hair care on Wednesday. Young blonde lady helped me out and she was lovely (just work there few weeks or few months) I spent like over $400 there, then today Friday I came back to buy some more. Only one lady (blonde hair + mid ages) maybe manager there (she has working there for long time as I remember her in the past years ago when I came here). She has bad attitude, bad bad bad customer service, rude …. I don’t know how she still have a job in customer service and the face of head office. I was planning to buy a lot today over thousands for colour + furniture + stock for my salon too but that bad customer + attitude like her, i spent $10 and left. I will never spend any more cents in the shop ever ever again. I am sure I am not the first person experience this. So disappointed Iam hairdresser, customer service is part of my job every day. So I don’t understand how she can have a job to deal with customers with that attitude and rudeness.

I must admit after reading some of the previous reviews I was very skeptical about visiting this supplier. Professional Hair Care was recommend by a hairdressing girlfriend who shops here regularly and who has extremely high standards. So, ignoring the other reviews and on her recommendation I went along to see for myself.

I must say I was not disappointed. The staff from Professional Hair Care, were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. On two different occasions during my visit I was assisted by different staff so it was not just a fluke.

The range here is fantastic and whilst I didn't get every brand I needed -just like you seem to have to shop at two different supermarkets for groceries - I was extremely pleased with the range, layout and cleanliness of the store.

I will definitely be shopping here again in the future and am pleased to say this is my new "go to" for haircare supplies. Five stars!

My partner and I have shopped here on multiple occasions but today our experience has left us not wanting to come back.
My partner bought hair wax and didn’t get a copy of the receipt and was waiting outside as I browsed the store. After I made my purchase I met him outside and was followed by an old man who was one of the store’s staff. He accused my partner of stealing and snatched the hair wax and went back in store to put it back on the shelf without asking the counter staff to confirm whether or not my partner purchased it.
We were left stunned and a bit humiliated.
Will not be returning

Edit: 21/12/2020 I went in again today and it was a pleasant experience with helpful happy staff. No sign of Lisa or her influence of anywhere. Keep up the good work Lutsi.

Staff quite rude. They very reluctantly assisted and made us feel like they didn't want us there. Like we were interrupting their private gathering. Not professional at all. As we planned on a big spend of over $2,000 we decided to walk out and go to Turnleys which is further away but at least they are always helpful and respectful of their customers.

EDIT: I should have read the reviews before. It looks like you have had rude staff for over 6 months and done nothing about it. The rude ones must be relatives of the owners. Maybe you should just lock the doors and not even try to do face to face retail.

Edit: 30/11/2020 - I was in the area so I decided to give this place another chance. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. Transaction went well. And I planned an update to the previous review. In the car park I was chased down by an older female (later learned her name to be Lisa) who was unhappy about the review I left 4 months ago. I started to tell her in detail about why I left that but before I was finished, she turned and walked away telling me not to ever come back. This is the exact same attitude I originally complained about. The younger staff are managing to do well despite the toxic attitude of this old woman named Lisa. I left a wriiten complaint about her on their website and I invite Lutsi the owner to call me about this incident.

I have always been very happy with the level of service that I have received from the staff here.

An immediate 0 star rating to this business. NEVER EVER shop here and if you do, do not expect any warranty from them. I shopped a Wahl trimmer and after 3 months it stopped working. They sent it to the repair centre and after a couple of weeks notified me that there was no problem with it, and that I just had to charge it for longer (which I had already done). They sent me back the trimmer and now there is a big gap at the bottom (charging end), which shows that they had opened the case and couldn't seal it as it was (attached photo cleary shows the gap at the bottom is more than the sides). They told me I have to complain to the repairer or wahl and that they cannot do anything for me. The owner is very rude and confronting. Absolutely disappointing.
-Response to your comment: You may have complied with your process, but your process may be wrong as it is not in line with customers' satisfaction.this is why I am leaving feedback here so people do not fall in the same trap that I have.

The staff here have been so wonderful during my career as a hairdresser. I’m always greeted as I walk in and receive any help I need when purchasing products and stock. I love that they support our industry and have everything you could need.:)

The lady who seems to be in charge is very rude and impatient I just asked her where I could find some items it was hard for her to show me as there is numerous items there finally when I asked her about the price of a clipper she faced her colleague and pretended she was shouting and being angry while I could see in the mirror behind them.very disappointing!

I always bought my hair products from them but yesterday I went there, the 2 girls who supposed to serve customers were extremely rude. They didn't help and the way they talked was so rude.specially the blond girl. I never come back to this shop again. They need to learn how to talk with customer and how to respect them. I really like to talk with the manager as I felt insulted. I don't recommend them to anyone and in fact I will tell everyone I know about their poor customer service.

Went in knowing what I wanted, and roved the shop, I was harassed and put down for asking where certain products are kept because couldn'ti find. Won't be going bac. I have been going for years, ive had enough of this. If they don't want to deal with people going in, keep it online only.

Before buying is very happy, every time also buy a lot of things, BUT！！after today, I think I should not visit the store again, today I went to buy for my comb, natural reaction, I will pick up the comb for check the comb the “hardness or soft”，I will also need to know the size of the comb is suit for my hair length or not, so I just try to bang part hair, when I hesitate to think, the cashier's women（chubby one and wear glasses）use very rude tone and saying “you should buy that one u use ”，At that moment I felt very rude and uncomfortable. If really can't try it ，AND U SHOULD MAKE A LABEL OR NOTE！It really affected my mood all day！. The owner must be ought to do something about the poor service.
