Went in for a refill SNS my nails had tips and I wanted them a little shorter the technician cut the tips off and put my new color on over just my nails and ultimately they were too short. I never asked for that and I had the nails shaped square rounded some of them weren’t straight and so thick and it was rushed and I went to Glamorous nails in Tarneit and had them fixed will never go to this store again and if you want a good job done don’t bother visiting this store it’s not clean clutter everywhere bins not emptied and so unprofessional

Worst experience i had ever. Me and my friends visit this place so many time but this one girl i asked her can i choose one more colour what do you recommend. She was very rude and said i dont know i said just do one colour then i ask her politely if i can have diAmond or flowers accessories for my nails she showed me and i said can i check oh she was very rude to me i said just leave it. Her name is sindhi. I was so embarrassed that what other customers will think. Never ever again. Please guys dont go pls. I request owner to chrck cameras i was sitting on first table wearing black time is 4pm or 3: 30

Customer service is terrible here!
They talk to each other, without explaining what they need us to do next. And then tell us off for not doing it right!
They were quite rude.
Do not recommend!

My wife came here for a manicure and ended up with cut up and bloody nails. $40 for rude service and a bodgy job.

I recently visited 'Professional Nails' for a nail service, and I must say that the overall experience was quite positive. The staff were professional and provided good service throughout my visit.

However, I did notice that they tend to charge quite a bit for even minor changes or adjustments to the nail design. And they don’t have all colour’s available. While I appreciate their attention to detail, I found their pricing for these modifications to be on the higher side.

I don’t think I’ll return & I certainly won’t be recommending to anyone!
Was told there would be 20 minutes wait
Went back in 1/2 hour still had to wait an extra 1 hour before anyone started the service
I had been in the shop for over 2 hours - i was there first and they were working on customers who came in after me
I hate how you get 2-3 staff performing the one service and you have to explain it over and over even then fir them to get it wrong. I was told 2 different prices from 2 technicians - very unprofessional place
What’s worse they were laughing and joking at the young girl crying next to me - I picked up on a few of the words - utterly disrespectful
I’m happy with my nails but very dissatisfied with the unprofessional service

Didnt wear gloves, the lady didnt listen to what i wanted to do on my nails and just did whatever she wanted, didnt give me options whatsoever, she also said same price when she cut my nails off totally even if I specified three times that i want a refill and not new ones, and then charged me 30 bucks extra after saying like two times that it’s the same price. Nails turned out messy in the end.wouldnt recommend

Not satisfied of the result they are always hopping to one another not really focus to their work only watchful over the income. My order is jelly color but it’s starting to freak for just 2 weeks and expected to last 3 months supposed to be. Poor quality

One of the workers was super rude and very impatient. We were suppose to get a manicure and pedicure. We ended up leaving after our pedicure and not worrying about our nails because the worker was rude

While getting my eyelash extensions my eyes started burning and watering i spoke up she didn't really respond to my concerns and kept going its been 2 days and my eyes are red and sore and swollen i went to a dr which confirmed my eye has a infection and gave me eye drops and had to go get them removed from another eyelash tech because i wouldn't let them near my eyes again definitely won't be going back ß

I have just got my nails done, acrylic w French tips they charged me $75, I literally got the same exact design here cause I always go to this salon- 3 months ago it cost me $60, now $15 increase? That's too much
I asked the lady why is it so expensive now she said $15 for design.
Outside the shop it says acrylic $45 even if we say design $15 even tho it's ridiculous it be $60. They literally charged me $15 extr. I wouldn't mind if they were at least gentle, such rude lady -_-

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional service. Cut my toes multiple times and made me bleed profusely - one of my toes is incredibly sore and infected as a result. Made lumps and creases on the nails and did not attempt to fix. Charged me $55 for this absolutely appalling service.

Lumpy, uneven and crooked. Staff did not listen when I told them this and just said it will “look better” when the polish was on.it looked worse. I asked for coffin shaped and got squared and wouldn’t fix it.

Horrible service is all I can say. I dont wish to waste my time further by writing a big review of what all I experienced.would never recommend anyone to use their services.

They not cleaning between customers.the girl did such a bad job and the nail polishe on my nails is not even, the skin around my nails broken but the worst thing they ask customers for cash.they not give receipt/tax invoice with excuse their eftpos not working and it hasn't been working for as long as I remember. I will never ever go back there.

How do I start, all I have to say is don't go there my mife came back home took everything off and did it again here self there is nothing professional about this place trust me doot waste Ur money customer service is extremely bad thay soo rude just don't go there

Got shellac pedicure Thursday afternoon - technician was rough with my feet & dismissive. By Friday evening both feet had polish cracking & breaking off. When I went back in to speak to the manager he called me a liar & blamed me for breaking them stating shellac should only last a week? My shellac usually lasts a full month and more. Absolutely disgusted with the attitude from staff and management. Zero customer care or ownership of poor workmanship. Highly disappointed. Do not waste your time.

Poor service, attended by this lady with a fake blonde hair, snake tattoo on her neck, she was extremely rude and aggressive towards me. People like with this behaviour shouldn't be working in places like this.
Go get help.

WORST PLACE!
Very unprofessional. I asked for SNS, the lady didn’t even used the actual colour I picked and just used the base colour 5 times and then started applying the top gel (finishing) coat. When I asked her wait, is that all? Because she didn’t used the colour I picked which was sitting at the side the whole time. She goes yes I did. Absolutely rubbish. She kept arguing and saying it’s the same colour when it wasn’t even close and she didn’t even open the colour I picked. On top of that they are so harsh, I left the salon with multiple cuts on my skin. I got my nails done for my upcoming birthday this week and I’m so disappointed at what I have I got. Absolute waste of money and time!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

Had a great experience here. My nails were cleaned up and manicured before they were done, big bonus cause many nail shops don’t do this. I asked for French tips and showed a photo of what I’d like and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them too. The store was very clean and staff were very kind and professional. Definitely will be back.
