Receptionist extremely difficult, unwilling to help and lacked any empathy to help navigate booking an appointment

A brilliant doctor. I went to Professor Kern three years ago for rosacea that was not responding to anything. He went through several strategies in a really precise manner until we got the right medication now it is totally under control.
