Procase Mobile phone cases and repairs

My screen died on me whilst travelling to Malvern yesterday and after calling in to Telstra and Optus the best I could get was "you should upgrade your 'phone". I walked the length of Glenferrie Road and came across Procase. The young man there knew immediately that my 'phone was an iphone XR model and told me the screen had gone. He told me he could fix it in 30 minutes or so. I left it with him and returned to collect it 40 minute later. A very impressive service at an acceptable price. A very good technician with excellent people skills. Well done.

Not even a few days after getting my phone fixed I dropped 1 foot of the ground and the back glass which I got fixed broke again

Fast, easy and relatively inexpensive. A very good option if you don't want to pay to exorbitant fees Apple often charges for minor repairs.

I went there to change my iPhone 6s Plus screen. When getting it back, the finger print recognition did not work. When asking why, the guy told me "it is like an old body, when parts stop working"
These guys are not honest and not professional. If you care about your smartphone, do yourself a favour and look for another shop!

And now it's two months later (Feb 2020) and the Procase guys have come to the rescue again. "Inherited" a new phone when family member upgraded - but it needed a new screen and home button. That was no problem - was fixed fast and for a great price. The kicker was that the guy at Procase completely sorted my phone out for me - set my phone up, moved everything across from the old phone and made sure it was all working 100%. He did this at no extra cost and I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks so much Procase - as I said to you, you guys are absolute lifesavers.

My screen was repaired by them, the quality is very impressive. If I break my screen again, I will be back.

Called this store in Malvern today wanting to purchase screen protector for IPad Air3. Firstly I was told that iPad Air 2 and 3 had same size screen. I informed staff member that Air 3 had a larger screen. She said she would check and call me back, which she did and said she had both glass and plastic protectors in stock. Drove to shop, found a car park and same staff member tried to measure up with 9.7” protector (which obviously didn’t fit my 10.5” screen). Due to huge price difference, I wanted to purchase plastic protector and eventually I was advised that she only had glass protector in stock. What a waste of time and effort. Staff should know their stock and not give inaccurate information, especially as I called before I went to store. Not happy Procase Mobile!

I just get my iPhone 7 repair today. Only took half an hour to fix it. They just sooo good at it, incredible highly recommend this excellent service and quality shop!

Terrible customer service, phone broke again within days of it getting repaired for $350 dollars and didnt get refund. Disgraceful

Very good service, great choices of case. Only thing is they don’t have a land line number getting in touch is very difficult.

Was repaired my phone yesterday, I only brought $60, but the repair cost $89, they actually helped me fix it, and only cost me $60! I am so touched, may God bless them️

Went to fix my iPhone X screen. Since then, my face recognition does not work!
When asking for my money back they gave me only half and couldn't repair the phone.
If you care about your phone, DO NOT GO THERE!

Went in today to fix my iPhone 7, they said it cost 50$ so I proceeded and gave them my phone. I asked if I could pay after it’s done and they said yes. So I went to Maccas got some fries and a sundae (ironic it was a Sunday). Went back in half an hour after my phone had been fixed and they asked to smell my breath, I was a bit weirded out. The man said “YOUVE EATEN MACCAS”. I said yes. And then he made me pay 100$! Absolutely rediculos they took advantage of my weaknesses and I’m not happy
