3Thanks Lachlan and Team Pro Security, we used Pro Security to install cctv and alarm system at out venue in Fitzroy, being and old contruction space, the installation was smooth Lee had to do the entire re-wiring as the previous CCTV was not up to the industry standards. As it took one year which I don't know why so long for just quotes, I had to go to another company as I couldn't wait for another year for installation as this was an emergency. Money given has been refunded so that was very important thank you.
Unreliable, disrespectful and condescending.
Quoted for alarm and intercom system. Installed alarm and were to return to install intercom. After numerous phone calls, and one month later, still no sight of Pro Security technicians.
Requested an itemised invoice, by email and phone many times and taken many weeks to be addressed.
My husband recently passed away hence the upgrade of security.
