A communication problem with the owner over what I wanted done. As it turned out my tiles were hand cleaned in the bathroom which I do, myself and cost me $150. My bathroom didn't look any different. So disappointed. The guys come back and we are now satisfied. It was a misunderstanding as what was supposed to be done
