Prompt response, but I didn't choose them because they were most expensive of the ones I'd chosen.

I booked a week ahead saying that Saturday was my day to return the keys. The cleaner didn’t come at 9 am on Thursday by giving reason that his car was broken down. Then, the one said 12 pm then 2 pm then 7am the following day. No one showed up on the following day at 7 am. Rang the company and talked to Nasir again. He couldn’t get the contact with the assigned cleaner. He asked to find me another cleaning service on Friday (a day before my key return).

No professional ethics. Unreliable.

MD Nasir Did a great job. Went out of his way to come over and steam clean out carpets. Timely and efficient services will be using again when required

Why can't I rate "zero" because that's what they deserve A BIG ZERO. They are a rip off, dodgy and very unprofessional.
I booked them for end of lease cleaning which turned out to be my worst experience. They didn't finish the job and asked me on a call to make the payment immediately in the bank account.when I asked if the job has been completed as I have to return the keys to real estate along with the invoice, Kanwar said that the job will be completed once I make the payment. So I made the payment of $600 and went to the premises to check out and take the invoice. But the job was hardly completed with steam cleaning yet to be done, when asked they said the site has no power and told me that they would return once I reconnect the power. I reconnected the power but they never returned not answering my calls and only replying to my whatsapp messages saying "Kanwar is sick due to covid vaccine"
My real estate agent advised me that she found their work to be very unprofessional and expressed their disbelief upon knowing that they didn't offer using generator in case of no power at site, which every cleaning service does if required.
PLEASE AVOID USING THEIR SERVICE EVEN IF IT'S FREE.

Engaged Pristine cleaning based on their quote, which fully covered a standard 4x2 single storey house with a pet. The cleaner was on time, then proceeded to jack the price up $200 on the spot because of 'dog fur clumps around the house' and some other very poor excuses. I then refused and said the quoted price was less and then he refused to honour it, so he left. Do not recommend, waste of time and looking to rip of customers. Will find a more honest company to use.

Very poor service. I booked carepet cleaning to be done on Friday 10am but cleaner rang at the exact time to inform me that he was going for another in city and he would my job at 6pm. Again, he rang at 6pm that he was still in city and would do my job on Saturday at 3pm. On Saturday at 1: 30 pm he rang me and asked wether i have a job booked with them on Saturday which i confirmed that you personally been calling me to reschedule it. He arrived at 1: 40pm, he started bargaining for more money to vacuum cleaning as well and was he rush to go for another job. At 2pm, he unassembled his machine reported that he finished the work. Just 20 minutes to complete 2 rooms. Carpet still literally dirty for $ 90 and i had to call Jim cleaning services straight. I wish there is no any single star on this review. This is a complete scam

I have experience with Pristine cleaning services for end of lease cleaning of the property from which we are moving out under lease agreement with Raywhite real estate agency. Nasir is so responsible and assured total bond back guarantee service with a very budgetary quote. He is such a person who believes in business and values. For keeping the word of bond back guarantee he visited thrice the property as per real estate agent requirement and fulfilled all the check out list cleaning services. Infact he is eligible to charge call out prices for the third visit but just to keep his values he attended and completed the job 100%, which resulted in full bond back for us. Thank you so much Nasir.

Nasir and his team are very professional and they take their work very seriously to ensure it's a one time job service. I have checked the property after the cleaning and it impresses me a lot comparing to other cleaning company. Highly recommended if you need any end of lease cleaning.
